We were in the hardware section, paint and lumber - found everything we needed

Alex and Justin were a great help to me Loaded my truck with a large load of paneling and 2x4 studs. They were very courteous and pleasant to be around. They loaded it quickly with no damage to materials or vehicle. I greatly appreciated their help

All employees I dealt with when I was purchasing cabinets were extremely helpful. From getting the cabinets to having plywood cut for my new cabinets to paying for them and loading my truck up. Great bunch.

Mark Miller in the kitchen and bath department took a lot of time and patience to help us find exactly what we needed within our budget to remodel our entire kitchen after a broken valve caused a flood. We even saved enough money to replace all of our major kitchen appliances and found a matching suit that we really love. Our new kitchen is being installed this week and we couldn't be happier with our purchases and all the great tips and ideas Mark provided. It was a really pleasant surprise to start out with such a catastrophe and it turn into us getting our dream kitchen!

Lisa, the cashier, noticed that the compost bag i was buying had a small hole in it and had lost about 1 teaspoonful of compost-she offered to get me another bag or fix it for me-when I said it was fine, she taped it for me so I wouldn't lose anymore.

Manager Sean went above and beyond in answering all questions and helping get materials needed for job. Overall employees were very friendly and helpful. Store had the items I was looking for.

There was only one SqD 20amp gfci circuit breaker on the rack and it had been opened and resealed with tape. In fact I could tell it had been installed and I assumed removed, used and returned. How could I tell? The white wire exposed on the back of the package was striped to bare the copper wire, as it should be. But the factory ships the multiple small wires with all of the small wires completely straight as if the wire had just been striped. The actual white wire on the opened package was not all straight they were twisted as someone would to install the white wire under a terminal. The clerk helping me, checked stock on her hand held device and climbed a ladder to obtain a new circuit breaker for me and restock the empty rack. The clerk also stated she would take the package back to returns and have it marked used and returned. I was very pleased with the lady clerks attentiveness, knowledge and helpfulness. It reflects well on Homed Depot in a very technical department.

Was Cluttered, But what do you expect from an active warehouse, Lifts pulling stuff in and out of bays etc. This tells me they are working on keep products stocked etc.

Today's visit was a quick stop in for lumber. very quick, efficient visit. no troubles, very friendly check out associate & I am mostly always asked if i need assistance with anything in the store. Home depot is one of my favorite stop shops! you guys are awesome!

All of the associates were amazing. We were creating and inventing a way to make temporary sun shades. The associates acted as if it were the most important project they had ever done, helping to come up with ideas and find parts and pieces required to make the ideas become a reality. Their ideas worked and the items purchased perfect. I now have all our windows and walls covered in a very fun and stylish way. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT ASSOCIATES!

This Home Depot store is always as nice as other stores I have visited in the Mesa area. I love Home Depot.

The staff members were excellent starting with the person greeting me at the front door to the guys in the tool rental department. Thank you for making this customer very happy.

My trip with my wife to Home Depot #0469 was actually enjoyable. The reasons are there were many associates available to answer questions, products were available and plentiful, and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. She got assistance to help load out truck with lumber and cement blocks, and on a day when it is 115 in the shade, THAT is really appreciated!

I absolutely love my Home Depot. Associates are helpful and very kind. There is a lack of helping folks with heavy things out to the vehicle. Sometimes you walk around for quite awhile to find an associate. Otherwise great store and staff

Unfortunately, the store only had one patio cushion that I wanted 4 of. Thankfully, several associates, Daniel D., Gina and Paul tried to help me find more. Since they did not have any more, Paul called the Tempe location and had Miranda get a visual verification they had some in stock. Indeed, when I arrived, the items were there and now they are making my patio furniture more comfortable and much prettier. I was at the other end of the store and heard all this hammering going on from many hammers. It piqued my curiosity so I had to go investigate. I was impressed to see a class that was being given to children on making little toy trucks. The kids seemed to be having a grand time. I was a little jealous. ;) It looks like Home Depot is a great place to be a kid on Saturdays, too.

Nice store, good variety and happy associates that are helpful

I walked into the store and asked for assistance. The associate took me right where I needed to find the item purchased and told me if it didn't work I could return it. Used the convenience of self-checkout. All in all my visit was an Exemplary Experience!

We just purchased a new home, and have been to this location many times over the past week. The blinds we needed were out of stock and they drove to another location to pick them up for us so we could have them in the same visit! Even in the parking lot associates are bending over backwards to help us with our cart or load our truck.

The store is always clean and neat. I've been in the store many times so finding the my way around was no problem. I also did a little shopping. A purchased a toolbox that I didn't think I needed, but got it anyway.
