Checkout process is very frustrating with long waits due to self checkouts are closed, and the phone only area which is usually empty will not check us out standing in line. Also the practice of parking the rental vehicles near the store vs out near the street takes parking spaces for customers. I've mentioned this to the store manager but apparently customer feedback falls on deaf ears.

I received the help I needed in buying a lawn mower.

I shop several of the East Valley stores but this one is my favorite to shop at! The associates are always helpful and friendly! The other stores are good too but this one is tops the list!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Not only is this location fully staffed, they are all friendly, helpful and fun to be around. This location also is dog friendly which just adds to the enjoyment.

Most employees are familiar with there areas and are verry helpful

Employees were fantastic! They went above and beyond helping us get what we needed. Especially the manager Jay. He helped us fit a ramp to the van of a handicapped patient whose lift had broken...taking it back in do make a couple more cuts when it did not fit perfectly the first time. Such a good man! It restores my faith in human kindness!!

We were shopping for flooring options, a rep approached asking if we needed assistance, pleasant enough, we chatted about some options and she shared information which was helpful in our narrowing down our selections. We decided to arrange for a floor measuring at our home to get an installed price, sat down with the rep to provide all of the information and discuss a few more details, and after all of that we were informed that there would be a $50 fee for the service. I understand the reasoning for the fee, and ended up paying for it, but it really took the enjoyment of the experience away to find out about that after the fact. Had we been informed that there was a fee in advance, we would have had a better experience. I know that it is applied to the purchase if we make one, but it would have provide a more positive customer experience if we were informed of the fee at the time we asked about getting the measurement done.

Poor management and unfriendly staffs

I absolutely love this Home Depot! The customer service in incredibly top notch! I have been terrorizing the paint department over the recent weeks as we purchased a new home and are doing a lot of upgrades. The gentlemen in the paint department have been incredibly kind, understanding and PATIENT! As well as incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU AT THIS LOCATION!! I am so grateful for you -and so is my husband! I don't have to bug him near as much with all of the help and advice you guys offer! :)

Bad experience every time I go in this store

I was in and out faster then I ever could have hoped and the cashier was more than happy to help me with my questions. The only reason I did four stars was because some of the employees were eye balling me hard, I think they were expecting me to steal something cause of my clothing.

Rosa in flooring was amazing. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our purchase.

If you need assistance, dont hold your breath..you will be walking looking for help and if you find someone, they'll tell you thats not my area. I was there two days in a row and service was terrible..

neat clean and well organized

They were out of stock on a few of the items I needed, but the cashier was amazing and very friendly made me want to come back just to see her.

The employees are great I would just prefer to have the choice of self check out than to be forced into it. If the company is going to pay people to stand around and help you with self check out why do they not just open a register and allow me the option of human interaction?
