I mainly dealt with Fred in the Tool Rental department who was awesome but All of the other employees I encountered when I walked in were very helpful as well.

Seriously the most amazing people work here! They are so helpful! Every team member I spoke with was positive, helpful, and friendly! I wish all shopping experiences were like this store!

Best selection, pricing, and customer service. Drew was the manager, so helpful! Ashley in customer service was friendly and helpful. Also, the other team members were helpful, had great knowledge, and went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed. I shop this store for all my pond, yard, and home improvement needs! Great store! I recommend this location over many others that I've gone to. Great shopping experience at each visit.

Justin gave me INCREDIBLE customer service, helping me find lights for my dorm. He brought me out of an irritated mood and even got a few laughs out of me. I'm thankful for his attitude and knowledge of the store. I hope to run into him again if I ever need help!

Amazing store always clean, professional, honest workers and super friendly. Only thing this Home Depot slacks on is cart people for the parking lot aka my truck has been ding up a few times for carts and people not caring and cold beer not being greeted to you when it’s hott

I needed a replacement handle for the Glacier Bay Niagra dual-flush toilet. Neither the store nor the website carries the handle since they changed styles. There was an online replacement for more of the inside mechanisms, but they were only available by mail and the plumbing department helper said it’d be a week before it’d ship. When I spoke to Tim, the assistant manager, he suggested that I buy a whole new toilet since the $7 handle wasn’t available. Tim treated me like an open bank account, where it’s acceptable to pay $100 for a new toilet and several hundred for a plumber instead of directing me to customer service for a quicker replacement. I still like Home Depot, but will not patronize this location again because of Tim’s attitude.

Great store employees are super friendly. I regular go here to get stuff for my DIY home improvement projects. Everything is well organised and always stocked.

On most every visit to the Mesa Store, I found someone to assist me in finding what I needed. Your folks are always friendly, and helpful and will let you know up front, if you don't have it. Trained Well!!!!!

The majority of the sales associates did not smile at or engage me. I needed help loading a very heavy item into my vehicle and waited 30 minutes to get it put into my truck. A fellow customer saw me struggling and offered to help. No one ever came to help load. A female associate did come out but she was not strong enough to help. The manager seemed annoyed that I was not happy. I will go to another Home Depot or Lowes for my needs in the future.

close by my house but its a busy Homdepot they are out of stuff a lot. look on the their website to see if stuff is in stock if it is and you can't find it they probably have it in the storage yard in the back. Or they are just out. Some stuff is over priced a lot of times it the cheapest around the valley.

One of the best locations in the East Valley even though it's very busy. 1) Great selection and my wife and I feel like there are actually more items at this location than others. 2) Excellent customer service with very helpful staff handling customer service and returns counter. 3) Friendly service and knowledgeable employees helping customers. Hope this is helpful.

Plant selection was better than other stores and the plants were found to be in good condition. Will definitely come back and buy more plants!

Absolutely, hands down, the best Home Depot out there. And we visit a lot of them. I am so grateful this one is so close to my house. Everyone here is so helpful, kind and courteous. Doing home renovations for the first time in our lives, and their patience and guidance has been second to none.

We go to this store often because we usually find the product we are looking for. Enjoy the cleanliness of the store, the friendly and helpful staff, and the selection of products. Often buy flowers, etc. in garden center.

The store is always dirty and the merchandise is like looking for a needle in a haystack, especially in the nuts and bolts area. The lumber has culls on the outside and you must move several boards in a cramped area to find something close to useable and even then you settle for the least worst. Help is hard to come by and some of the employees are not qualified to be helpful. The absolute worse thing is they will sell you a defective product and refuse to take it back and between the store and the manufacturer they give you the run around until there is nothing anyone will do. You just eat a four or five hundred dollar item and live with 6 months of frustration. Then you still have to replace the item they unloaded on you. Ordered lumber and was assured it would be at the store on Wednesday and on Friday it wasn't there and was forced to cancel because it wouldn't be in time to help. Shop somewhere else!

Many employees were available and helpful. Could not find items and an employee asked others for help. Garden dept employee answered many questions about lawn weed products.

I love the Heavy Duty Home Depto store... I am looking for a house on this area just because of the people at this store and the items they have in stock vs. the other stores. Also Drew always goes the extra mile!

Since we moved to Mesa in October, we have made MANY trips to Home Depot which is conveniently located a couple blocks away. Staff is always willing to help...sometime you have to look around for someone but when you find an associate they are helpful The folks at the Exchange/Refund Desk are amazing - always friendly and willing to make things right for you if they can. I had to go back the night before Thanksgiving 3 times in order to get my purchase completed as I had opened a new HD Charge Card and did not have the number and then they found it for me but I had just got my new AZ Drivers License the day before and forgot the temporary number in the other car. They had me smiling in the end and I hope I made them laugh a bit too.
