Bought this door and am very happy with it. Gene in Millwork custom ordered it when I did not even know they sold them. They are not advertised on the website. It came unfinished, I burnt and stained it. Ricardo helped with the process as well.

Purchased appliances and then they where damaged

Refrigerator is going out. We stopped in to look at a few. Made our selection. Purchased and are getting it delivered pretty darn quickly!

Douglas and Lisa are great people I've been shopping at home depot for years

Always needing help for one thing are another not sure getting the right part, but like most large chain stores hard to find that one person that knows what there talking about and can really help. If it is important I will go to ace were they great you and help you on the spot, but pricing kills you.

The checkout experience is much better with the new configuration of registers and the attendants available.

I bought several herbs a couple bushes and a few perennials. They had a great selection wen I was there.

Floor jack 3 tune that I had to load in my buggy . I love the jack , even though I had to put it in my by my self . I have told a manger or two @ some of the things that I have had .

The Mesquite store is the best I have been in. Even the young people are helpful. They stay busy too without the boss around. Keep it up. I dislike you going to the oak lawn store because of the opposite work ethic there. So I try to go to mesquite

Ordered the set online one of the dining chairs broke within a couple months the store said it was not their fault and we need to call the company that made the table which we did with no response.

Employee greeted me and offered to assist me - I explained that my bathtub slow drained and when it did the water came up in the toliet, Paul showed me the unclogging tools from snakes to liquid drain, explaining how each works allowing me to make my decisions. Which was fantastic .

We went to the mesquite texas l home depot and bought a bathroom vanity that was very heavy a worker did help us getting off the shelf when we went to pay, we asked for a lot loader.No one ever came outside.I had to go inside 3 × 2 ask for help.No one showed so I hurt my shoulder.Helping husband get it in the vehicle that's l.They were outside on their phones instead of helping customers

I was asked times for a receipt for an item I purchased online. Also I was harrassed by the security guard about my receipt and was very rude. I am a disabled Veteran and have never been treated this way in a Home Depot. I will not be coming back and called the corporate office too. The manager, Barbara, also blew me off and didn't see any concerns about my complaint of being harrassed. She minimized my experience and horrible to include horrible mgmt and customer service.

I got a lot of help. I came in looking for a tool I knew nothing about the remove a type of screw I had never seen before. Turns out it was a Torx screw and the employee helped me so I could fix a wheelchair. Thank you!

Came in looking to buy a T12 Christmas tree! I watch Lakesha do over several returns while having me wait on the side to call the Richardson store to get hands on! After finding out they had the tree , she made me a claim check to pickup there! When I reached the store my tree was at the customer service desk! Lakesha did an amazing job

This store needs alot of improvement the employees complain about helping with almost anything and getting answers is like pulling teeth

I needed a new clothes washer & met Linda Gonzalez who is an appliance specialist. She was immediately a warm-hearted problem solver. I saved money & got what I needed & enjoyed doing it.

I think this is a great HD store with a HUGE & awesome in-store inventory. The staff is friendly, the location is very easily accessible, the Pro team answers all my questions. This store blows away the "Lowesly" competition hands down!
