We went in to the store and was quickly greeted by someone offering help she found the right person to help us and he helped us figure out how we could fix our problem and got us the right tools

The rental area was neat and well organized. I was able to locate the product I needed with friendly assistance as I needed. My transaction was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The staff and management were professional, genuine, helpful, and efficient.

I decided to tackle a project during the Memorial weekend and was in need of some equipment. I visited this particular The Home Depot and was pleased with the customer service I received. Mike E was my equipment rental representative and was a true professional. He had a thorough grasp of the rental equipment I planned on using and he demonstrated the use of equipment. In addition, with Mike's assistance, the rental process went smooth from equipment check-out to equipment check-in.

This was Memorial Day and the store was full of shoppers. We were there to get paint. All three associates behind the counter ask us at different time if they could help. I asked one for confirmation that the paint I was buying qualified for the rebate. They looked it up and confirmed it was. They gave me a rebate form and off we went.

The cashier failed to tell me the mulch I was buying was available inside. I waited in the line of cars for about 20 minutes until I got to the loading area when the loader told me the mulch wasn't outside but inside. He said the cashier fails to tell customers that a lot. I had purchased several bags earlier at the Beavercreek location but they were out so I went further to get what I needed. Still happy getting what I wanted, but not as satisfied with the waste of time. Overall I buy at Home Depot a lot and will continue to do so. Next time I'll ask more questions. Thanks.

The store was clean and products were readily available and everyone I spoke too was very helpful.

I checked a few stores locally to find a gas trimmer by a particular brand. Only Home Depot has it. I got a sales price plus $25 off by applying a Home Depot credit card. The cashier is a very nice lady who processed the application very quickly. It was really a nice shopping experience.

Mike was so helpful with our washer and dryer purchase. We love our new Maytag purchase. They are of large capacity and even fit our California King blankets. Mike is very knowledgeable about every brand in the appliance department and made our selection so easy. He was not pushy, just helpful and answered all the questions we had.

I was overcharged from the posted price for my paint.

All Items were in stock that I was searching for. My children loved the race car carts, they also provided sufficient space to place items I purchased.

Jordan, Audrey, Joycie and one other girl (works with Jordan in flooring) were fantastic! They were so patient and so kind! From the difficulty I was having with the match of my Armstrong sample to a few challenges getting the right price to ring up these employees were great!

The Home Depot on Springboro Pike in Miamisburg is my "toy store" of choice. I shop there regularly (on average, probably once a week or so) and find the variety & quality of products and prices to be great. As a bonus, the staff (associates and cashiers included) is highly professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Today I was looking for some unique "Timberlok" screws (that I found online) I needed to build some benches for the fire pit area I'm constructing. I wasn't having much luck wandering the hardware aisle until an associate, who was working in the door/window area nearby, helped me track them down. I also needed eight pieces of 4"x6"x8' pressure-treated lumber as part of the bench project. The guys in the lumber department were extremely helpful in sorting through available stock to find suitable pieces--and even cut them to the size I needed--which made them easier to transport and will save me some time & effort cutting them at home. I highly recommend Home Depot. I've been a satisfied customer for over ten years. If you live in the Miamisburg area, this is the place to go.

Shop here frequently, associates always helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Pricing is comparable to other stores of this kind, really grateful for military discount. This store is always clean and well stocked. Shopping here has always been a very good experience.

Excellent service from the Home Depot staff. I went in to purchase a new door and was shown a group that fit my budget. The technician explained the differences and didn't try to sell me the most expensive door, the exact opposite was true, offered me options to reduce the cost. The ladies at the sales register were amazing and saved me an additional 10% off my purchase after giving me military discount--thank you!!!

My cashier was awesome! Kind and great at her job! She was also helpful at explaining the benefits of a credit account, her customer service skills were excellent, and I felt as if I had made a friend. I hate shopping, but she made the experience positive, and I will be returning to this store when I need items for fixing up our home.

The associates at this store were so friendly and extremely helpful. I even picked up some very helpful hints from the guys in the rental department. They also had a great sense of humor which I really appreciated. I even told some friends about my shopping experience. I have a new appreciation for Home Depot.
