THE SCOTTS EARTHGRO BLACK MULCH WAS THE WORSE MULCH I HAVE EVER I PURCHASED HUGE CHUNKS OF WOOD WAS NOT SHREDDED EVEN THOUGH THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME IT WAS SHREDDED SMALLER THAN THE OTHERS.

Getting all supplies needed for moving made easier by finding more than I needed in one location and at better-than-expected prices made this part of the moving experience much earier than anticipated. Friendly associates made the experience efficient and enjoyable!

Went into store late on a Saturday for $1000+ in kitchen cabinets and received the best customer service ever! Employees spent considerable time locating the cabinets we needed, pulling them, and did it all with a smile! Front end cashier was helpful in shuffling the boxes to scan barcodes, applying military discount, and locating home depot account to pay. Then an attentive young man in the parking lot started helping with loading without question Even though he was on another task and it was probably 10 degrees out! The employees in this store are amazing!

Rob in the flooring dept was so professional. He had the knowledge I needed, was polite and helped me in every area I was interested in..

I had a problem with an expensive item. I spoke with 3 diff people from 3depts. Bruce finally took initiative and went above and beyond. My thanks to him

Whenever I need help finding a product, or even help with a project, this Home Depot has employees who truly know the ropes and locations of everything. It's pretty amazing.

You ask if anything to add then computer won’t take answer! What a waste! As I tried to tell you before I was not addressed by cashier I went to self serve no choice for that on survay

Tried to return a $20 item (I had the receipt), but had forgotten my wallet. "Frankie" who worked in returns assured me that there was no way to return w/o the credit card. She refused to get a manager for me. When I came back the next day with my wallet, a different girl handled my return and somehow miraculously did it w/o the credit card. "Frankie" was standing nearby so I pointed it out to her and she vehemently argued that I never asked to have it applied back to my credit card. She would not accept any wrong doing and completely forgot that she is in a service business...

I bought the tools a week ago and released that they have good service.

We received superb customer service during our major appliance purchase. The prices of the items we bought were a better deal than any other store selling washers, dryers and dishwashers.

JP in cs didn’t assist us at all with a purchase of a riding lawnmower. Wouldn’t get a manager to be assist. Was very rude. Will not shop your store again

The most friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming Home Depot I have had the pleasure to shop. Some store clerks make me feel they are too busy to assist me, while Miamisburg folks make me feel they have been waiting for me to come in!

I love this store,I find the employees very helpful and easy to find if I have a question. The store also has everything in stock that I need when I visit.

I can't give the store any stars, but the computer wouldn't accept no stars so I had to give it one. The reason for the no star rating is my order was not picked within the 2 hours as stated online. Part of my order was picked, but it was by a store in Atlanta Ga. So I called the number listed in the email, Store #3857, and waited 15 minutes on the phone to check on the order. I needed to ask why part had been sent to a store in Atlanta Ga. and try to cancel that part and have it pulled in the Dayton store with the rest of my order. When my call was answered, the person who answered was talking to another customer during my conversation. After my trying to explain my problem, she said she couldn't help and then put me on hold for another 15 minutes untill someone else answered the call. At this point I was told they couldn't handle the problem because it was an online order and I needed to call Homedepot.com. They couldn't transfer my call so I had to find the number myself and call. Had I not paid for the order I would have given up at this point. I called HomeDepot.com and waited another 10 minutes before the call was answered. The gentleman who answered the call was helpfull and couldn't explain why the order got split up. He did manage to cancel the order completely, THANK GOD. I don't think I'll ever use HomeDepot.com, nor will I go to a Home Depot again.

Very helpful employees in the garden center.

Even as a contractor in uniform it’s rare that someone offers assistance or a simple hello. Store is generally messy and the aisles cluttered.

This is a great store with helpful associates who are customer oriented, at least during my visit. I couldn’t have asked for better service, two associates went the extra mile to assist me with making me feel like I wasn’t a bother for needing help. I was taken right to my item with a smile, associate assisted me in attaining it (one left and on top self), the store was clean and orderly and self-check was spaced and comfortable so I may have to drive across town permanently to shop this location, service is worth it to me.

I bought a refrigerator and scheduled delivery. The delivery never happened. No one from Home Depot attempted to contact me to tell me there was a problem so I wasted my entire Saturday waiting on a delivery that never happened. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and bought all of my appliances and tools there and a lot more but after this experience I won’t be back anytime soon - totally disappointed!
