I like this store,I can get in and out fast with what I need. They generally have what I need for my apartments. Thanks for being here in West Carrollton!

We walking in looking for a new kitchen, the staff was able to come up with a Great Kitchen Design and was wonderful to work with.

I can not say enough great things about Mike in appliances. He stuck with me as I outfitted my new house with 5 appliances. He knows his product and was awesome at answering all of my questions and addressing all of my concerns. Home Depot is super lucky to have him as an employee.

I always enjoy coming to this store. Most of the time I find all the products I need. Staff is friendly and helpful but it is difficult to find them or come across them.

The person who worked on the light bulb section was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The associate Audrey was most helpful at checkout. She went above and beyond helping me.

I was told by one associate that if they could not order an exterior door with a dog door installed, the contractor installing the door would be able to do it. Had the measurements done, went back to pay for my door and was told I couldn't order the door with the dog door because of the size and the contractor was not allowed to compromise the integrity of a door by putting in the dog door. Big waste of time. Should have went to Minards to start with. Won't be back.

We needed a new light for over the sink in the kitchen.. We found a good selection on Homedepot.com first and went to the Miamisburg store to select our new light. We were able to purchase all the items to complete our project in one stop, new Fixture & energy saving bulbs.

Wanted a mid-range water heater with better than average warranty. Found Home Depot had what I was looking for. Had to go to the desk to ask for assistance and waited for about 2 minutes. But when the associate arrived, he answered all my questions.

MADE SEVERAL TRIPS FOR HOME PROJECT EVERY VISIT OVER THE LAST WEEK A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

Robert was working at the customer service desk, but offered to let me check out there with my two items. I felt this was above and beyond what is required of him, but I was very happy that he offered. He was kind, welcoming, and friendly. He then provided information about credit cards and chips, and how it's much better to use this type of card (which I have) for security purposes. I didn't know all the information before he spoke to me about it, so I am very happy that he did. You have a great employee there!

The store is close to other shopping. Easy access, plenty of parking

Debbie, Scott, Wayne & Audrey are all exceptional when it comes to customer service. As I was walking down the back, open aisle, Wayne saw me and asked if I needed any help finding anything. At first, I said no, then thought, wait a minute, I better ask if they sell what I am looking for. So, I asked if they sold the pull chains separately for ceiling fans. Wayne happily said yes, with a smile on his face, and then proceeded to tell me exactly where they were. I told him Thank You very much and in return he said, Thank You, ma'am. True respect!! Debbie, with a smile on her face, helped me locate the fan I was looking for that had been moved from the front of the store to the back; when I went back to where they had been relocated to, Scott was there waiting for me with a big smile on his face! He helped me find the exact fan I was looking for and was just so very friendly!! Then, when I went to checkout, I got to see my girl, Audrey! She is simply the best when it comes to making customers happy and always having that beautiful smile on her face! Audrey always ensures her customers leave the store happy. That is so very appreciated with me, as a consumer. Thank you, Home Depot, for having such wonderful and friendly staff members! They are the reason I keep coming back for more and don't shop anywhere else!
