Taking on a job you have never done before can be risky, but after I talked with the tool rental employee he really gave me confidence to give it a try. The assiociate was very helpful and showed me how to run the equipment and shared with me his experence. I was going to hire a company, but by doing it myself it saved me alot of money. Thanks

Mic and his helper went out of their way to do something in store, I could not have done on my own. I am thankful for their outstanding help. They were amazing. I am sure glad I came in and was lucky to have Mic at Home Depot and his helper in Sun Belt Rental, solve my problem. They did something for me for my grandson. If my grandson was talking, he would thank them too. I hope I will be seeing them again soon. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD, WOWEE, and THANKS SO MUCH!!!

I purchased lumber and posts to build a fence at my house. Will was extremely friendly. When he learned I was retired military, he immediate;y thanked me for my service. He arranged for me to pay for the items and went back into the store to get my items (70 1x6x8' planks). He took me to the cashier, Tomika, who was also very friendly and professional. She also thanked me for my service. While i waited for my Will to get me the planks, I was taken to a table and told to help myself to some coffee. Andy and Will loaded my trailer for me. Andy noticed my trailer tired needed air. Andy then inflated my ties for me. When I got home, I realized that I did not get all the posts I purchased. I came back to the store, saw Tomika, and explained what happened. She made it right. I was loading the posts in my van and an employee (I didn't get his name) came out and helped me load it. I normally shop at Lowe's. I spent $944.00 today. I received very good service. Thank you. I'll be back...

We needed to purchase a large sheet of temper board and have it cut into multiple strips for a home project. The store associate spent a great deal of time cutting the strips to our specifications and completed the job in an enthusiastic manner. I wish more stores made the customer feel as appreciated as Home Depot!
