My experience with The Home Depot app is absolutely horrific. I had to special order a shower enclosure which would take 2 weeks. I received my order within the allotted time but it was not complete. Home Depot reordered the product. Another 2 weeks pass and I recieve the order in a timely manner, this time the order is the wrong size. The product reordered a 3rd time. I received it today and so far I don't see anything wrong with the product. Fingers crossed.

I got all of my lawn items at my Home Depot store.

The gentleman in paint department was very nice & offered information to questions I had not thought about asking so that was good. I also approached 2 different associates in aisles for directions to areas I needed. They knew exactly where to direct me. Awesome how they’re trained to know where everything is.

The assistant manager in several staffers / associates Made my shopping experience seamless and complete. It’s not only about having great products, great prices, it’s also about the people and the customer service. I had a great experience.

i like shopping at Home Depot the products are cheaper the return policy is excelletn

Cashier was extremely rude. Snatched plants, did not greet, did not speak at all. She had a nasty attitude and looked as if someone forced her to come to work. I will be reaching out to corporate.

Employee got what I needed from the overhead storage. Checkout clerks helped with my malfunctioning card.

This is my neighborhood store. I love it, love employees, love products & prices. Always. I love Hime Depot.

I usually don't like to shop for appliances because it seems sales is always trying to convince you to buy more expensive items. This salesperson was very nice and explained all the differences without trying to upsell. I appreciate that.

Everything thing I bought was good just a bulb but they got me one that did.

Bought gallon of paint. The paint person matched some old paint from 7 years ago it was awesome 👍

no matter what time of day you can never find anyone to help you, your employees are scarce, so of them ignore you and disappear

She didn’t have to be so attentive but she went out of her way to assist in my easy checkout.

If you are going to have anything shipped from Home Depot especially a stove top be prepared to be without a stove for a month. They lie to you about it taking 3 days for installation. They hire private contractors and it’s on the contractors time. Good luck. Won’t purchase another appliance from Home Depit again. Managers are NEVER available and never return a call.

I don't like cameras in my face when making my purchase. It's an invasion of my privacy.

Every time I go into both military stores and Southcross store in San Antonio, Texas.I get bs Unethical business practice So many stories I could tell you So many stories of my bad experiences the people would be fired if the district manager would Ever get in touch with me?But no , they're lazy too , and they don't want to They don't care about what their employees do and And the system managers , and there's never a date manager ever Never manager never Never

Rude, unfriendly unprofessional staff, customer service dept on 10/13/24. Lots of young individuals with zero customer service. the acting manager should be trained by Tractor Supply staff to understand customers and their questions and how to help come first. It shouldn't feel like we are bothering them. If so, go get another job., People are going to ask questions get over it.

This is my home store & I love it. It’s the comforting feeling I get going to a grocery store - I’m going to have variety, quality products, and the prices will always be what I can afford.

If you are familiar with Home Depot, we all know that people never want to help. It’s nothing but the truth.

No longer are there cashiers. They're a group of giggling women who are rude, not attentive, unhelpful, and when asked a question about a product to purchase, answer with what register is open (do it yourself, don't bother us). All they were missing were a a table and chairs to sit at and tea.

The young blonde curry-haired gentleman who was facing (zoning) products on the selves was very professional and knowledgeable.

I needed the air conditioner filter I had gone to several places to look for it and home depot was the only one that I found it at that is great.

This store on SW Military Dr. hardly has anyone that can help assist with heavy items or with knowledge when you can actually find help. A complete stranger offered to help me load my heavy 20+ pavers onto my vehicle because there apparently was no available employee after waiting a long period of time. This is not the first horrible customer service I have received at this store. I have to wait long periods of time to find someone to help with boxes that are stored up top on high racks.

Everything that we need is there its just trying to find some products with no help makes it frustrating not all employees are like that some are very caring and helpful but you have some employees that are only their for a pay check

I went to purchase items not to go be a employee for home Depot and have to check myself out.
