I visit this store many times I've been trying to fix up my parents old home that was left to me it's been hard at times I thank god ea day give me strength in time it'll be OK I always find everything I need ea visit very satisfied with the employees thank you all god bless,,

Store was in process of restocking during the hour of 1pm which was kind of an inconvenience. The cashier was a little on the moody side. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the store. Home depot is way better than lowes! ☺

While looking for parts I couldn't find to tuneup my lawnmower and pressure washer. I ran into Gerry who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Then off to home lighting she went help another customer and again she came to my aid outside in plants before she went to lunch she was very knowledgeable very helpful very courteous. Had it not been for her I would not have found everything I needed. THANK YOU VERY MUCH GERRY.

Looking for items needed in a hurry is not always easy but the store associates were a great help in getting us what we were looking for FAST!

We shop @ this store because it is the 1st store on our way to San Antonio but we also shop @ many of the other stores in San Antonio & we have good experiences @ all of the stores.But the store # 581 is by far a very nice store to shop @.

Clean fast bysy store. Will come back. Prices were a little too high

Hire some more staff. Maybe a couple more to tidy up the place. Otherwise a good place to shop.

The store was clean and it has lots of items. we went in to purchase a certain item that we have purchased there before and when we went again we were unable to find it and were told they did not carry it. I know that they do carry it we have bought it there before. and then when we went looking for help, I had to walk around the store for about two minutes to find someone. when I did find someone he did not know any idea what I was talking about. so I looked for someone else and I found him, he was very knowlegable.

Store was very clean, every isle was clear of any obstructions.

Store was clean, II felt welcomed throughout my shopping experience. That was until I went to the checkout lane (self check out). As I scanned my items at the end I asked for assistance to ensure I scanned all 16 breakers. The employee on duty in my opinion took offense and gave me a little attitude. Next I showed her my retired military ID card hoping to get an extra discount. This backfired I didn't get a discount which was no bigger. Finally, I asked if she could break at 20 dollar bill, I even told her my situation. She appeared not to care or seem interested for "I was taking her away from her precious cell phone time..." As I left she immediately jumped back on her phone what she should have done was help the next customer she should have taken initiative. Clearly she was lacking.

Always a pleasure finding everything you need and getting out in a timely manner!

Store is very organized. ..I love going to the home Depot each chance I get ..helps enfulence me into doing more projects at home also as in I get more ideas on what I can do to make my home a more comfortable place for me to enjoy after a hard work day or an enjoyable weekend..sale staff are great.jus got home and already ready to head back again soon..

Looked for an associate to help me locate a sink hose , Never found one in 45 minutes in Plumbing. I did find one Home Depot associate and he was Kind enough to let me know he knew Nothing about plumbing, at least he was Honest !!!! This store is a shambles , should be redone , repainted , restocked and filled with employees who know how to help the customers and Not Hide.... The Plumbing Dept really lacks Helpers I made 3 trips and finally just gave up and went to Lowes , received immediate help there in locating what I needed. Thank You....

Clean but cramped. Need more trained associates. Went to pre order material. I hope I will not be waiting around Monday. Time is Money
