I've had more Satisfactory than Unsatisfactory encounters at this particular store. Overall a decent store to shop at.

Like this store due to its' near location to my residence. One thing that I find troublesome is that the hardware (bolts, nuts, washers, Etc) are misplaced or not easily locatable. I know hardware like these are hard to keep organized.

Was Very Pleased with Friendly, Knowledgeable, Staff employees, gave good advice on how to Install, what products are best Solution to get the Job done Right, Thanks.

Definitely have great customer service and had a great experience with their expertise on flooring they went above and beyond to helping us.

Associates easy to find and very helpful. Good quality products in a rage of prices so that even on a limited budget I am very happy with my purchase. Beat out the so-called “discount” stores! Will definitely be back to this location.

What an unfriendly store. We were there over an hour and NEVER was helped with our flooring questions. The shelves were mislabeled which made it very difficult to find what we were looking for. The first young lady walked by and said she did not work in flooring but would get someone for us. 35 minutes past and another guy walked by and he didn’t seem to care that we were never helped and said he’ll see what he could do. 20 minutes passed and I asked the self help cashier for assistance and she looked puzzled why would would be asking for help. She say us struggling with the heavy tile boxes but she never called for any one to assist us. I finally asked her for the manager and she annoyed. She told me his name but she never called him. This was the worst experience ever. Home Depot has good products and great prices but FAILS at customer service!

Store staff very friendly we found all the material we where looking for excellent.

Store was clean and orderly. Staff members had a friendly attitude.

There are usually people that go out of there way to help me........maybe its my gray hair. I am a 75 year old woman who tries DIY.

Love this store, just wish they had "LOAD-N-GO" rental vehicles for large items.

Very nice clerks that helped me find Cristmas fuses and very courtiious at self checkout.

Very bad customers service.

We went to HD for a Breaker to put in our outside breaker box to turn on our air conditioning as it is soo hot here in Texas. So we asked an employee about it and he said he knew of an electrician employee that would be better assistance. Which we really appreciate due to this project being a bit dangerous. The electrician employee not only knew what we were talking about but also gave us some good, useful advice. Which we also appreciated. Then used the self check out scanner and the self check out employee also went out of her way to help us out. And also greeted us as we came in. Overall experience was GREAT!!!!! Our project went better than expected due to their help. And we stayed very cool and comfortable with our working air conditioning.

Dammian and staff were great no one is perfect everyone makes mistakes but problem was fix instantly. If you want customer service and answers go to Dammian

Employees are very helpful

CHRIS ASSISTED ME IN FINDING WHAT I NEEDED IN A SHORT TIME, HE COULD HAVE JUST TOLD ME WHAT ISLE IT WAS ON, BUT HE WALKED ME OVER TO ITEM. I HAD QUESTIONS THAT HE COULD NOT ANSWER BUT THAT IS NOT STOP HIM, HE ASSISTED ME IN LOOKING AT HE ENCLOSED PAPERWORK AND THE ANSWER WAS THERE. I HOPE ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES TREAT CUSTOMERS SO WELL.

The atmosphere was pleasant and everyone were pleasant.

Found what I was looking for needed weed eater spark plug & repair electrical plug for wifey's iron! Got help for electrical employee and CASHIER LAURA was very helpful she possesses what you call the people skills and was AWESOME! Thank you Home Depot & LAURA!

Horrible store, employees are clueless. Couldn't answer basic questions on riding mower. Took them over 2 1/2 hours to process my riding mower sale. It would not start after I got it home and the blades were rusted. Had to return lawn mower. Waste of time and extremely frustrating. If you have to go to a HD pick any other than here but best if you just go somewhere else all together

Store was clean everything in stock that others don't have

Great prices and people friendly

The store is clean and organized the cashiers seem nice but the people who work the service desk have no customer service skills and they seem to hate being there. The manager will makeup their own policy yet never shows their face to talk to you and will make employees deal with the situation
