I only had one problem. I used the self checkout station and requested additional cash. One of the bills I received was a $1.00 bill instead of a $20.00. I received no satisfaction from management.

I was looking for sliding closet door slabs. Bella post the mill work specialist was standing at the front of the isle and said "can I help you?" Very unusual at this store to hear those words. I usually see that assistance in florida! She introduced herself and shook my hand. Found me my item and checked me out right away. This store improved significantly!

As soon as you enter this store you are warmly greeted with a good day, how do you do. The staff is courteous and eager to help, knowledgeable about the products and even willing to assist in the self check out line if you are unable to lift/hoist a product to be scanned. Before you walk out of the door, you're asked whether you found everything you were looking for and wished a good day Overall, this seem to be a family friendly atmosphere where great emphasis seem to be placed on customer satisfaction. Great customer service.

I came to Home Depot at Mill Basin location to purchase appliances for my kitchen and was very impressed by service I received. Store associate Kathlyn was so helpfull and professional. Her service was fantastic!! I was going to buy refrigerator and gas range but because of excellent service I also purchased over the range microwave and dishwasher.And price was right!

The store managers are always nice to me and very attentive to my needs by providing the best possible way of approaching a project when I am somewhat stock. Most of the managers at all the home depot store are very pleasant, well manner and caring toward their customers. I would recommend anyone to shop at the home depot.
