Good store, helpful employees

Guys, good afternoon. This home depot store is the best place to do Your shopping year round. Christmas, for get it. It's the prettiest. Staffing is great and responsible, caring and respectful, kind. Wonderful store, beautiful people. And don't forget the prices are great. Anything wrong with your product, no problem. Service is extremely excellent.

Poor customer service

The store products were easy to find and the store employees provide outstanding services.

Home depot offers good training to their employees. Everyone should be ready to answer any questions about their field. Sorry this is not always the case. Hopefully your shopping experience will be a good one.

always need to check the sale price in this store because the register never picks it up correctly! I only recommend this store because its closest to my home but quite frankly tired of getting ripped off every time I buy sale items that ring up incorrectly!

Our experience in this particular Home Depot was fabulous. All the employees there were really friendly and helpful. There was one employee who was exceptionally wonderful. His name is Andre. He helped us and went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed - and the item was even on sale. He was smiling and happy the whole time. He was courteous and capable. He made our trip there really enjoyable and memorable. Thank you Home Depot for employing such a wonderful human being!

ANDRE is such a great asset to this store. He provides impeccable customer service and has such a positive and uplifting demeanor. He is very helpful and if his customer care is a reflection of his peers or team then that makes this store a very fantastic location.

I had a good experience, however online stated that there were ample amounts of the items I wanted, however when I get there 15 minutes later there were none in stock, went back online and states there were ample available, however could get it from the store. I did have a great experience with my cashier, she was pleasant and inviting, despite my disappointment in it getting everything I needed.

The associate in the paint are were very helpful creating my custom paint color as well as suggesting the proper tools for my surface.

Most cashiers not too friendly. They will just circle a receipt regarding a survey without explaining what it’s about. I was walking in the aisles looking for door mats. One of the clerks on duty stopped what he was doing and directed me the correct aisle. The store needed better customer service.

The Managers and Sales Associates ALWAYS go above and BEYOND!

Store is very Clean, Organized and the Staff is friendly, Knowledgeable. I was looking for an item that was no longer on the shelf staff found the box containing what I needed on the top shelf in the aisle They know what they are doing over there.I ordered an item on line with in store pick up it was ready in 1/2 hour I like that.

We bought a Christmas Tree and the salesman Andre was very helpful and attentive to our needs

The store is cozy and equipped with a lot of items. The employees are professional, helpful, and friendly. They assisted from finding the product, expedited my checkout and loaded my vehicle. The vehicle rental process could be improved with a specific line and more accurate time out and time in.

Large parking lot,easy to buy and nice workers
