Just wish would keep Sal items a little longer in store and send email to card holders

Need to stock up more supplys on the shelves and floors

The sales associate helped me pick out a product that was guaranteed to work or my money back. I walked out confidently that my product would do the job. And it did. Saved me a little over $40 in plumbing cost. Thank you. It was a drano plumber liquid by the way.

I was very surprise to get the three items i need within five minutes of entering the store I was directed to the correct aisles 29& 30 .Met an associated who was going in another direction but she came and and found the item that had no idea of what it was .when directly to check out what a lovely cashier greeted me nicely friendly and double bagged my items wished me a wonderful day very impressed with good manners .On entering I also notice the store was very clean displays easy to see just a comment the two associates and the cashier were female and good job and service ladies

waited over forty minutes to have a piece of lumber cut to size.still not sure why i didn't just walk out and go to the Lowe's a block away

I like that you can find the products that you are looking for easily. The associates assists you if you need any help or any information on any new product that I may be interested in. Checking out is faster at Mill Basin Home Depot. I like to go to that store, it is store friendly.

The overall experience was good but they need to hire more staff to work on the floor.

A good store for basic needs. It's smaller than other Home Depot stores but has a good selection of products. The workers at the store are always pleasant and helpful, when needed. The store is somewhat disorganized and you constantly have to walk around things in any aisle. It's like a 24 hour a day store would be, which this is not, when they don't have time to store items.
