Indra was so helpful on the phone. Went above and beyond. She saves the item and was so kind when I arrived.

Ripped off because it’s one price on shelf and rings up higher at checkout. Aisles blocked by pallets of merchandise or aisles closed for restocking during store hours. Many employees work hard to avoid customers.

Nothing but positive things to say about the ladies that work the customer service/online order lines at Home Depot Millenia location. They are cheerful, smart, quick and have positive energy. They know what they are doing!

I was waiting for like 15 min. I was sad.. But Tati change my mood I’m glad that I found her she was coming in on her shift. She just help me with what I wanted so I told her that there was a especial on what I wanted to buy.. So she did go and check and yes there was a special. We couldn’t find what I wanted omg she work on that very very good and she found it She was with me all the time taking care of me so perfectly.. She gave me that thousand miles extra to help me with what I wanted..

Rhonday helped us at the self checkout. Every time we come in she has had a smile on her face, been eager to help, and overall incredibly friendly. This store has a great selection and is very well kept. Great location.

While shopping at my neighborhood Home Depot this morning, I entered, knowing what I needed. I was asked if I needed any help while I was in the aisle. Upon approaching the self check out, I was greeted by Dolores who insisted on helping me check out. I felt she went above and beyond to assist her customer making the process, streamline and simple. That is what customer service is all about.

I truly enjoy shopping at the Millenia Plaza Way, Home Depot. The employees are always friendly and attentive. Their knowledge base goes deep in their area of expertise. Interacting with the manager Carlo is always appreciated. Carlo is an outstanding leader and communicator.

Him in paint department went above and beyond help me with all my questions and suggested other product to make it be the best

Workers standing around talking with each other but would not help me when I asked where items were. They just looked at each other and didn't answer

Daisy was great. Very helpful and friendly. Assisted me in the selection, wrapping and loading of my tree single handedly. while 2 other male employees watched. One was texting the entire time! Daisy made up for them and I have a great tree. Delores in the Garden area was outstanding as well.

Cashiers at the store are terrible they ignore you and you're forced to either do self checkout or go to the garden center. Won't be back. Management needs to teach the cashiers customer service don't make us stand there and wait until it's convenient for you to help.

V in the paint department was so unwilling to help. I asked him for his opinion on something and before I could even ask my question he said " I don't give opinions because I'm not an interior designer ". Wow, even if he felt this way, you still try and help your customer. He should not work with customers if he can't provide an opinion because in retail, opinions go a long way. I'm just shocked at his response. Never have I ever been treated so rudely at Home Depot. I'm not going back to this location again. He should not work with customers.

I have been toay home depot stores but this is one I will not return to. Received no customer support when I asked for wire shelving to be cut to length. Was just told "machine broken" and the staff member walked away. I end up cutting the self by myself with hand cutters near the shelving.

I visit this store at least 4 times a week and the service is always excellent.
