I saw an item on display on sale for $15.88 only to find out at the self check out it came ip as $19.98 when i confronted the sales clerk she looked up the price on her phone and said the higher price was correct only after paying then going to customer service did i get credited. If i didn’t question this a second time I would had had to pay the higher price.

I’ve been putting things together every since I got this tool.

This Home Depo particular is very helpful. Staff members are attentive compared to other Home Depot‘s like Jersey City and North Bergen hopefully other Home Depot‘s will follow in their footsteps of great customer service.

It's so nice to go to home depot in million. There is always an associate to help me. That's a rare thing in many stores.

THE PRO DESK IS BY FAR THE BEST THEY ARE ON POINT WITH EVERYTHING AND ARE VERY FRIENDLY. AND GO THE EXTRA DISTANCE TO MAKE SURE MY ORDER IS RIGHT.......OTHER HOME DEPOTS COULD LEARN A THING OR TO FROM THE MILLTOWN HOME DEPOT

Though this store did not have stock on the item we needed they ordered from another store and had it delivered to our home within 2 hours. This went university and beyond what we expected!

We have never hesitated to recommend Milltown Home Depot

I occasionally go to HD in other locations just to see if there are any different products depending on what project I am working on. If I need assistance it was always provided but the people were not as friendly nor did they ask if I needed any addl help after my initial inquiry. The employees at Milltown HD mostly always ask if I need help with anything else. My last visit I wasn't exactly sure what I needed so I asked Joe from Lumber to help me and he took a moment to listen to what I was doing and was able to direct me to the item. It worked out great.

Doing a remodel Need lots of help. Employees in Milltown are soooo eager to assist. It's been a pleasure to shop so far, get info, quotes, design help, advice, etc! Extra kudos to Nicole in Customer Service, Mary Jane in flooring and Jeremy at the Pro Desk! Thank you so much!

I updated my living room floors and hallway stairs from carpet to Waterproof Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring (Living room) and Capatred for the stairs. The Home Depot representative, Mary Jane Ziobro was the absolute "Best". She walked us through the process and was extremely helpful through-out the entire process. Mary Jane is definitely customer focused and made our renovation experience less stressful. The person that came out to measure the living room and stairs was also great and answered all of our questions. The company that installed the floors, ACS Flooring was great to work with and kept us informed on the process for installation and answered all of our questions. The floor installer, Franco was great. He did an excellent job of installing the floors in our living room and installing the covering for the stairs. Overall, Home Depot (Milltown) has an excellent flooring department and contractor (ACS Flooring) for installation. I will need to do some additional future home renovations, and I plan on using Home Depot.

Helped cheerfully with difficult return

I place an order for bunk beds on Friday to be delivered to the Milltown store for pick the following Thursday. The day of pickup I called and was told the order was delayed. This was troubling as they were needed for the weekend. Had we known they were not available they would have been ordered them from another company. We were told the packages would be in tomorrow and asked if the packages could be delivered to a South Jersey store close to the house. We were told this was not possible. I traveled 120 miles back to store Friday to find out only one of the packages arrived and the other is in transit and may be in on Monday. Needless to say company had to sleep on the floor for the weekend. The receiving lady at the Milltown Store was very polite and sincere and tried to apologize. She even called UPS to find out what happened but they could not help either. If an order will not meet the delivery date supplied by Home Depot they should notify customer immediately not wait and hope customer does not care. Very Disappointing.
