employees are very helpful and nice throughout the store.

I find the employees at this store very helpful. They do not make me feel stupid for trying to do the projects myself even though I am a woman and not real young.

Had to stop in for some weed and feed for the lawn store employee's very helpful got me in and out very quickly

Associate met me at the door, asked what I was looking for I told him and within minutes he had it up on the computer screen and had it ordered!!

Home Depot in Minot, ND is a great place to shop. The store is spacious and associates are friendly and willing to help. Prices are great and you can pull up under the awning to load your supplies or have an associate load them for you.

The store was very clean and very well organized. Associate was extremely helpful and friendly and provided great customer service by explaining the great programs Home Depot has. We were very happy with him and the other associates also greeted us with smiles and asked if we're being helped. We were pleasantly surprised with all the help we received loading our merchandise-in the store as well as in the back yard pickup area. We'll definitely be back!!

I was greeted at the store entrance, and taken to the exact item that I was looking for. The people here are so great from the sales floor to the checkouts. The customer isn't ignored here, like other big name stores in town. I am very happy with my experience at the Minot Home Depot, and recommend shopping here first for all your home needs, both indoor and outdoor.

When I entered the store, I was approached by 2 separate associates and was asked if I needed assistance. The cashier that helped me was very courteous and professional. Kudos to the staff!

The employees took very good care of us. Friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we had everything for our home project. Shauna and Marie were great. We drove to Minot from Bismarck and had a great time at Home Depot. Good customer service is hard to find and they had it!!

Everytime that I have gone to HomeDepot in Minot, North Dakota I have been treated excellent and the ladies at the customer service desk has been more than helpful and one of the assistant managers his name is Tyler has been great to work with, along with Larry at the PRODESK. The two ladies at customer service that help so much are: Christie and Marie. I also like that the service is so great even Lance and Frank back in Millwork is very helpful.

Every visit that I make I'm completely astounded by the support the staff provide in getting me what I need.

Larry - LJP5632 noticed that I had the commercial card account, he took me over to the pro counter, signed me up for the gas rewards and showed me how to save money through the pro counter system. He helped me to save a nice amount of money on my purchase. I usually go to Menards but today came to Home Depot because my customer choose cabinets here. I had no idea about the pro benefits until Larry explained it to me, Home Depot will be my primary supplier now. Thank You Larry and Thank You Home Depot.

We came into find supplies for our DIY project and found everything we needed and received excellent service from the Store Associates.

Overall every time I visit Home Depot it's a great experience but this time when searching for vessel sink faucets the items were limited and being a person of hands on experience I hated that I had to resort to online purchasing of said items. Other than that the store is still nice.

When you walk in the front door there is an associate asking if you need help finding anything. Right off the bat it tells me you are trying to make my experience in Home Depot more enjoyable. At other big stores the employees just walk right by you. At Home Depot, when they walk by they ask if they can help. I quit going to the other big store in Minot because the customer service at Home Depot is as good as it can get and that is very important to me. I don't know a lot about wiring, siding, or home repairs in general. At Home Depot I know I will get help.

Had to return a damaged item and from the time I walked into the store , got my refund and then went in search of a replacement and then to the check out my entire visit was completely enjoyable. I was so impressed in fact that I believe I told at least 6 people I had contact with throughout the day of my Great experience.....You Guys rock it for me today

The store associates at the Minot Home Depot are so awesome. Every time I've been there they walk right up to you and ask if they can help you find something or they offer to explain tools or products. They are a refreshing change to other stores I frequent!

Lance R. assisted us in purchasing a new refrigerator which was a major decision and purchase for us. He was well knowledged, very patient and extremely helpful. We greatly appreciated his assistance.

The store was clean of new stocking material that plugs isles that is normal for competitors. Associates ask if they can help throughout the store no matter where in the store you shop. The self checkout is the best experience for self checkout in town as an associate is always there to help. If you have questions about materials or products you can expect a quick and accurate answer from the many associates waiting to help.

We would like to say how much we LOVE our experience when we go to the Minot Home Depot. There are always associates there to help if we need. Always willing to order if they don't have an item we can't find in store. Always friendly and have a good attitude! So when we think about having to go to the Minot Home Depot.
