I just bought my washer and dryer. I am so anxious for their arrival.

The employees were very helpful, from getting the appropriate cart for my product, loading said product on the cart, cutting the shelving to my specifications, to the check out. Thank you!

Minot, ND has according to an article I was online as the rudest city in ND. But at Home Depot, very friendly and helpful. Can't say the same for MENYARDS. I had to go there bcuz Home Depot didn't have the item. Menyards had it but the c.s. I spoke with seemed to be annoyed that I interrupted her day. She pointed me toward the garden center and turned away. So disappointed that I had to spend $100+ of my hard earned dollars there instead to H.D.

We purchased a new washer and dryer set, Randy was the best he helped us with all our questions and pointed us in the right direction for everything we wanted in our new set, after we were done with Randy we wandered the store looking at other products the staff was eager to help us throughout the store,

I had specific painting tools on my list and I found each one. They customer service was great throughout the store.

I came In thinking about buying flooring, the staff was so good they convinced me. All very nice and all knew the store. Great people.

I had trouble trying to order a refrigerator online and Sofie from appliances commiserated with me and helped me get everything taken care of over the phone, she was great and so friendly!

I am very impressed with The Home Depot store in Minot. I have bought thousands of dollars-worth of material at this and a variety of similar stores. This store stands out as a store with well-stocked products, a clean environment in which to shop and a staff that is exceptional in customer service. There is one young woman in customer service that is particularly helpful. But all of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to assist.

I went in looking to get a door replaced. Shauna Kelley in the staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. Every other staff member that I personally dealt directly with was also friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Dylan was a great help at the checkout. Sophia and Jim W helped me purchase a work bench at Christmas time, they were really friendly and helpful.

I was able to find everything I needed for a project and the price was right.

These people make it worth shopping here. Every time I have dealt with them, they have been amazing.

I went to buy paint to redo a room- had NO idea what I was doing but I left with everything I needed to get the job done to include basic instructions and were to learn more. Great place with the nicest staff.
