My husband and I were looking for a slate background for photo shots. The employee gave us so many ideas. Then we purchased a power washer and the employee answered all our questions and more. Thank you for your help!

The associates that helped us purchase our washer and dryer were friendly, knowledgeable, and down right amazing! Thank you for hiring such great people to work for you Home Depot! We will definitely return when we upgrade our kitchen and the other areas of our home. :)

Was a good experience

This location excels at customer appreciation and support. I am nearly always recognized and greeted immediately. The staff's knowledge has been extremely helpful year after year as I've developed concepts, designs, and finished numerous projects. This Home Depot in nearly my home away from home, until I return home, and the building continues.

I went in to buy light bulbs with my old light bulb box. One bulb of the three (22 yr life bulbs) died after about 5 mths, but they are the color of LED that I like so I kept the box so I knew which ones to purchase again. A manager, Andie (short for Andrea), saw me pondering in the light bulb section and offered to help. She ended up giving me a replacement box of bulbs for my one bad bulb. I surely didn't ask or expect anything. I was simply buying more bulbs. What great customer service!! That small gesture will have me going back to Home Depot for sure. She was super friendly as was the cashier, Madison! Thanks for the amazing customer service! It was refreshing that there was an employee on the floor and she offered to help. Actually, I was offered assistance by two different employees this day!!

ALways employees ready and willing to help. They always stop what they are doing and ask if they can help me find something!

Employees are friendly and helpful. Andrea in the lighting department was especially helpful and made sure we were well taken care of.

Art in the appliance department was fantastic & really knew what he was doing.

I have always liked Home Depot--the idea of it, the merchandise, the classes, the helpful staff. The Mishawaka IN store is immaculately clean, full of interesting products and friendly people wanting to explain it to sell it to you. Today I want trying to complete a project of wall-hung wire shelves. The HD product (ClosetMaid) was far superior to the one I had started with, installed easily, quickly and looks and works exactly as I hoped it would. The people to helped me find the product, get it to the check out and out the door were terrific. Absolutely 5 stars!!

Staff here are quick to help and make sure you are finding what you need. They give clear directions for helping you find what you need. Keep up the great work.

I can't say enough good about the 2 young guys that helped us find the paint we needed in the colors we wanted for a big aluminum siding paint job. They made us feel like we were in one of the stand alone paint stores. It was the best experience I've had paint shopping.

The store was very clean and all employees seemed to be helping or talking to customers.

Always has top brand named tools like Klein and Milwaukee. I can't find these at the other stores. I like being able to find something online and texting myself the aisle and bin to find it right away.

Thank you Alexis and other associates for being so friendly and helpful . I have an 9:30 a.m. appointment tomorrow to have my new cabinet and sink installed, I had a excellent shopping experience!

Good store with friendly employees.

This store was clean,well stocked and organized. Employees were polite, professional, and friendly. Employee, Carla, was extremely helpful.

The associates at the Mishawaka store are always knowledgeable about the department they are in. Friendly too! It's a pleasure to shop there.

All the employees at the Mishawaka Home Depot were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was helped by several different associates and asked how I was doing by more than one. If no one knew the answer they asked around and helped me till they could find the answer. I highly recommend the Home depot over Lowe's or Menards!

Overpriced, I was overcharged, employees didn't know where garden tools where, the ones they had were overpriced.

The store employees were friendly, knowledgable, and patient.

Love the fact they sell Milwaulkee brand tools
