I am an old lady who was looking for a not-so-popular window covering. I called first to see if they had any idea what I was looking for. Diana, a part-time associate, took the call and said she would call me back with the info. Believe it or not, she DID call me back and furthermore she did find what I was looking for.

Found multiple choices that fit my needs at fair prices.

You have more helpful folks available than Lowe's!

I have visited many Home Depots, however for the last eleven years, store 0614 has been my main store to visit, get great advice on all home improvement and construction topics from many knowledgable associates. Most associates are friendly, attentive, recognize you and never fail to help and share their wealth of practical know how. Using the internet and mobil apps are helpful, but these associates make the visit a pleasant, problem solving and human experience. I can't thank them enough, and look forward to my next visit!

Charlie is an Electrican Angel! Charlie helped me modify my ceiling fan last night so that I didnt have to buy a new one, I just needed a bracket and becuase the bracket is sold with the fan, it is not available as a part, well Charlie found a way to help me and it cost me about $7.00 instead of $90.00 for a new fan. Charlie is the best and he deserves an award for his outstanding custoemr service skills.

Every single person is SO nice at this store. I had written a letter to the corporate office over a year ago to say how great this store is. Since then I have again had only great experiences at this Home Depot. Any question big or small I am always helped. The only thing is the solar guys... you need to calm them down. I am at the Home Depot probably twice a week (we have a lot of DIY home projects) and each time I am stalked and I try to be nice and say no thank you but they do not take no for an answer. They have become quite annoying. But besides that everything is really GREAT at the Mission Viego 0614 store! Thanks : )

Product Availability, Customer Service, Eazy to find

We ordered blinds for our French doors but the blinds weren't long enough. It covered the windows of the doors perfectly and ended at the window frame. But the brackets can't screw into the window frame. So we needed to create our own bracket. The Home Depot guy gave us great ideas on how to MacGyver a bracket to fit our blinds and voila! Our door blinds look magnificent with his help! Thanks Home Depot man!

The clerks were friendly and helpful ... I bought some lighting fixtures and the assistant clerk was very helpful

Great Garden section. Don`t know why anyone would shop elsewhere.

The associate was friendly and helpful. Was immediately attentive and took care of what I needed right away. I needed to exchange a propane tank and the associate took care of it within 5 minutes; I was in and out in no time. She was a young lady but seemed to work harder than those older than herself.

This is hands down the best building supply store we have ever purchased from. The customer service/employees here are so helpful and friendly that we come back every week.

Wrapped merchandise was damaged, having to return it to the store. A waste of my time and delay of doing my project. Poor quality and poor quality control control.

Shopping at this location is always a pleasure and fun. I especially like the garden center where all your associates are always upbeat and helpful. Whatever I need I can always count on Home Depot to have it and in stock.

The location of this store as been great for me and I appreciate the helpful associate's help in finding what I am looking for saving me time to walk the aisles as been a senior I do sometimes have a hard time reaching the shelves and am greatfull for any help.

The cashiers were friendly and willing to help. We found a flooring associate to help us right away. They even helped us cut a board that would not fit in our car. Found everything we needed, and quantities were available in stock.

I asked for 5 gallons of paint to be mixed, the individual indicated it would take about 5 or so mins. I went off to gather other stuff. He mixed 5- 1 gallon cans, instead of a 5 gallon can. Said they were out of that paint in 5 gal. I wanted the larger to save money. I tried to get the cashier to reduce the price, but she couldn't .

Best visit to Home Depot so far! As a budding DIY'er I often run ideas by the staff at HD. Yes, I generally get the grin like, good luck with that, but almost everyone is helpful. Today I had the pleasure of meeting the store manager. It was nice to see someone who cared about the layout and safety of a store the size of Home Depot. They helped me pick out lumber for my latest project and assured me to find them if I needed anything else. Yes, I found them a couple more times and they were great, but enough about them. I really want to commend the gentlemen that helped me cut my wood on this trip. They are rockstars! I have given both of them my cut list and they make it work for me on multiple occasions. They are both friendly and put the customer first. I look forward to going back in to show them my completed project and for their help on my next project! Home Depot Mission Viejo, you have some truly wonderful employees.

I just recently remodeled my kitchen and the staff took the time to understand the project and provide personal assistance. The customer service staff at the on-line dest are professional and very helpful.

Give Rosie a raise!! What a fabulous associate!!...couldn't have had a better experience with a large, lumber order to be delivered, etc....even got me set up with a Contractor Credit Card...great employee!!

The man in the bathroom section or Hardware section so very helpful, I knew he was very respectful, for the way he helped me and my daughter. He was from Texas! His Mom raised him right, perfect for the job he was doing helping others!
