Do NOT shop at this store if you are going to checkout with a cashier named Vivian. She was so rude to us. We simply asked if she had scissors at her register to cut a branch off a rose bush that had cut my 83 year old mother's arm while shopping. She showed no concern for my mom and was so "PUT OUT" when asked to call for someone to get scissors. She claimed they didn't have any! Really? at Home Depot? Lazy and lack of compassion describe her non existent customer service! Will never shop this location again!

Just had a very pleasant experience purchasing paint at the MV store. Very fortunate to have been helped by a rep named "Pat"... who was quite knowledgeable in recommending certain products and had helpful advice for painting cabinetry and was quite skilled in matching color. I consider this to be important enough that from now on I will skip my local store, and make the drive to MV for paint. It really helps to have someone who knows what they're talking about, especially for us amateurs.

Our cashier, Christa was personable and helpful when making our return. Immediately Christa apologized for the wait and said she would work to get our return processed in a timely manner. Christa was patient and held pleasant conversation while helping us. It was evident that she enjoys her job, which makes the consumer experience that much better.

Great prices too. Better than any of the competetors. Don't buy it anywhere else before you check the price at HD. Quick Delivery. I love this store. First Choice store, for sure

Christa helped me at the returns desk and made me feel very welcomed. I was previously turned away from a different location (La Paz) with my online order return. I came to this location with the same online order return and Christa was so eager to help me. She quickly and efficiently found my order and issued my refund with zero issues. You’ve got a wonderful employee with Christa! I left with a smile on my face thanks to her!

Went in today to shop. Was so overwhelmed by the customer service I went back and bought the items.

I bought a new husky mobile workbench and needed to make sure it would fit in my SUV, Justin went above and beyond and helping me to measure and ultimately load my newly purchased bench in my car. Great customer service from Justin along with Genaro and Aaron who helped in loading the beach.

Plumbing, gardening and cleaning suggestions were great.

I rarely shop at HD and I definitely will not be returning unless absolutely necessary. All I needed was a Torx T5 driver. But when I went to pay there was no contactless payment. I haven't used a physical CC in years. But I tried two anyways (Debit & Apple Card) and neither one would work at multiple checkouts, so I had to go to a nearby bank and withdraw cash. They have all self-checkout, but can't do contactless payment? Home Depot? In 2023?

Helped with all my needs and then some. great people and super friendly

Often times when I go in Home Depot it is frustrating. Today I had a great experience. I found everybody much more patient and kind. It was a great experience. I met a boy name, Adam, that needed to cut some lumber for me. He was so amazing. Christian at check out was kind and the gentleman indoors even got out of his chair to go look and find me what I was looking for.

Donna in return area was over and above helpful

Staff was disrespectful. Kept pushing a 2nd credit card onto us. Kept getting closer and leaning on my cart. Did not respect personal space.

Tim was the best. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us find everything we needed and even helped us cut some wood.

I was looking for a light bulb for our refrigerator. Found the right one fast.

I bought this yesterday, have not put it together yet, but it looks beautiful!

Hector in plumbing is one of the most responsive and helpful employees I've ever encountered at a HD. Well done, he helped me find the correct plumbing parts, drew pictures on the side of box to make sure we were on the same page and stayed with me until we could find the right plumbing fittings. Well done Hector!

My husband and I had been looking for new patio furniture for over a week. We found a set at the MV store (Hampton Bay Windsor) and thankfully engaged with Blake, a store manager as he was able to assist us, answer all questions and arrange for us to take the floor model so that we could have it for Father's Day. He really went above and beyond to assist and it was a really busy day at the store.

I mainly shopped in the garden area and the employees had a lot going on moving plants around, yet gave me the greatest respect and were very courteous. The cashier was very helpful and considerate of my physical limitions.

Charles in Plumbing is an ace. Very nice man and incredibly helpful.

I have been shopping at the Mission Viejo location Home Depot for over 15 years and Alonso Pizano is by far the best employee that this location has ever had, he makes shopping at Home Depot a breeze and is always going out of his way to make sure that his customers are taken care of

If you have to do a return at Home Depot anytime soon I can only hope you get Donna. She really goes out of the way in the customer service department. She is on top of everything and can multi task 2 customers at once. In this day of the customer service industry being so automated it was nice to have friendly, efficient, and helpful service!

i almost always find what I need, and I can normally find help if I need it, whixh is important to me!!!!!

Our sales associate Corrie was very friendly and extremely helpful. He helped us load our car with a really big item that was hard to fit but he did an awesome job and even went out of his way to help tie the back of our car. Thanks so much!

We visited the store today Sunday, February 27th around 4pm. We were helped by two awesome employees. First we were helped by Michael in the doors section. He was able to get a lift to get down two products for us. He also loaded them onto our flatbed so we could take them to the check out. Second, while my son (10 years old) and I were struggling to get our closet doors in our car Ron approached us. He was collecting carts. I greatly appreciated his help. He and my son loaded them into the car very quickly. I greatly appreciate the awesome customer service from Michael and Ron and hope they get recognized for doing a great job.

Came in with my list of needed items..with Homedepot’s great customer service I quickly got all items on my list Plus some other needed items .. like gloves!

This store has come 180° since the previous store manager. The store is much cleaner has the product that we want. Everyone seems to enjoy their job and are always willing to help. The pro desk has come along way.

Stopped by because I have so many projects to fix and found people to include in the plans. Confident and friendly people at Home Depot
