Look for Vartan in Plumbing. If you have a problem, he is incredibly knowledgeable. He saved me a lot of time troubleshooting my break in the main!

Shortly after my arrival to the Monrovia Home Depot, I was greeted by Chris and we discussed the design options and cost of purchasing a Tuff Shed. We walk into the store design center and reviewed the computer illustrations. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional while making choices they help me stay within budget. Good experience!

I came to the store last Sunday, Easter Sunday and was pleasantly surprised yet happy to see so many employees present. Not only was I given advice about some plant choices and fertilizer needed, but help to my car.

Had a delivery that started to go south.Kenya(asst mgr)Brenda & Brandon got it back on track in a timely & professional manner.Thank You so much.

This home depot always has adequate stock and my shopping experience is always positive.

6 weeks ago I bought a Delta door it got lost in transit. They saved the parts that came in with it till the new reorder door finally arrived. They kept researching it for me and kept it all together for over 4 weeks.

I visit Home Depot several times a week and on several of my recent visits I have had questions about products or needed help finding something. Fortunately for me, Austin, a supervisor at the store happened to be near by and I was able to ask him questions about the products. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me make the right decision for my projects. Invaluable help --- great employee.

I needed assistance with a few items that I could not locate and the associates were eager to help me. Gal at checkout was also very nice and helpful. I was impressed.

Just made my most recent run to Home Depot Monrovia! As an senior widow, I appreciate the knowledgeable and courteous staff. Always ready with expert guidance, they are helpful in building, plumbing, and electrical work. Also, I find this store almost has what I need IN STOCK!!! Way to go!

Seems like the items we were looking for are not in stock. Your people are always willing to.order it online for you. Some things you want to see a d touch and know if the quality is what you expect.. That's a disappointment in all brick and morter stores now and it's wrong and pathetic.

Try that color of the year, rumors. Did not care for it. Kat in the paint department help me pick out an amazing color. My wife and I absolutely love it.

Oftentimes in this store , all the stuff are nice and helpful ! Arron, Tony , are best stuff I’ve ever seen !

I bought the appliances yesterday (10/10/2024) from Home Depot in Monrovia.....I was helped by a young lady in the Kitchen Dept, that was professional, informative and knew her job.....I was so pleased with ELISA/Sales Person.....I would recommend her highly to anyone that needs assistance with major appliances.

Gregory, our salesman stayed right with us answering questions and measuring every refrigerator that was a possible till we found perfect one for our needs. Delivery team went out if their way to help us older folks get the job done. Thank you!!

Excellent and courteous customer service and great prices as well as a clean ,overly store.

A very nice worker named Alexis, helped us take down a whole pallet of wood, just because we needed 6 pieces to match our fencing project that we’ve delayed. We had bought this specific wood months ago. But he helped us find it and took the time to take it down and had a great attitude about being helpful and assured us not to worry! We also had a very helpful worker named Alfredo at checkout who helped us with our transaction when it got confusing. Came right away when we pushed the customer assistance button. I really hope these to very helpful gentleman get a raise!! Alexis was in the lumber department and Alfredo was at the self checkout. Thank you both and this will now be my permanent Home Depot location to visit! 5 STARS!!!

I was shopping hardware section and was being helped by a gentlemen in an orange shirt. Giving me good advice about a Milwaukee combo kit I was interested in. The store manager Britney I believe it said in her apron. Said she needs her employee since he was just talking to me. She also had a disgusting attitude. He was helping me. And doing really well at answering my questions. Home Depot needs to train managers better if she’s representing that store. Very unprofessional. Horrible service for someone at that position. My company will not return to location.

Today's visit we were greeted warmly by a greeter, two employees had answered our questions pleasantly and were happy to help us, they had many employees to help us, if needed, at self-checkout. One employee happily walked right up to assist and him and another employee thanked us as we were exiting the store.

Daniel from plumbing department was extremely helpful. Kind and generous with his time. Will keep coming to this store.

In my line of work, I visit about 13 different Home Depot’s in a month. Most are ok shopping experiences. But 1625 s mountain ave location is very friendly. Ariel was very kind easy to talk to , and made me smile and laugh. I was check out very quickly and she was very polite with a huge smile. I’m not a fan of self checkout but with her and a few others there helping to check out it was very quick. I really like that set up and want to give her props for a great shopping experience
