Bruce is a model employee. Great to see that the store & parking lot had employee ready & willing to help! This location is out of my area, but I will definitely return to this one regularly!

The store is close to my residence so I use it often. However I run into occasional problems at the store. One time an item was listed online as 8 in stock at the store, but neither I nor the associate could find it at the location where the price tag was. It was wasted time and gasoline. Furthermore, the self checkout lines are now permanently shut down. Last visit, I had to wait for a long time while a lady customer was digging in her coin purse for an exact change to pay for items. Meanwhile, I was holding a box of tiles in my hands because I didn't bring a cart and was too far in line from the cashier to put the box down on something.

What a wonderful experience making a major purchase on a 4 piece kitchen suite! After making several visits to research the right appliances for us, we got to know Julia. Julia was so very helpful and kind. She saved us a TON of money by alerting us to an upcoming sale which made us decide to wait. Boy are we happy that we waited! Thank you Julia for being so awesome!

We bought a toilet and the install was easy to purchase and set up. Good price as well.

There was only a cashier at the Nursery and I can't expect her to leave her station. But I walked through all the ailes in all direction and cannot find anyone.

If you need help in the paint department....Find ROBERT!!! He's got over 30 years of knowledge to lay on you!!! I needed advice painting my rafter tails on new construction. Robert gave me the class on an Airless Sprayer. After following his instructions, I'm giving myself an "Apprentice" card. Thanks Robert, I'm ready to paint my drywall!!!

I wanted more filters for my A/C system, but there were only a few of the size I needed within reach on the floor level. While I was contemplating what to do, associate Bob came out of nowhere, grabbed a ladder, climbed up to the top shelf and got me exactly what I needed. Quickly! He was friendly, helpful, and deserves a raise!

the store was well laid out and the associates that I passed each asked "Are you finding everything you need " or " I will be at your service as you need" even with a full parking lot I was in and out of the store with my two items in 15 minutes

The associate and cashiers were very friendly and definitely customer focused.

Besides buying what I went in for I also managed to find shrubs for my backyard and plants for ground covering for my front yard. If I had had more money I would have bought more. I've just started doing my backyard. I still need paying stones, more pond pebbles a couple of fruit trees.and vegetables for a vegetable garden. In other words, Home Depot will be seeing a lot of me in the months ahead.

I was extremely happy with the assistance I received while purchasing a variety of items for a condominium complex. All the sales associates were extremely helpful in answering my questions and obtaining the products I needed. They helped make sure my order was complete and that the delivery was scheduled for a time when all of the products were in so I only needed to have them delivered once. I was even helped with my online orders at the same time so everything was coordinated. Everyone I worked with was friendly, patient, helpful and gave their complete attention to help meet my needs. I definitely recommend this store!

I was guided to all the necessary tools to do the job, my associate made my day being as doing this project required detailed help, which my associate made available. I will be far more confident to take on projects with the help the of home depot and their friendly associates.

I went in to buy a kitchen sink and garbage disposal. There was an assistant in the section already. He asked me if I needed help. He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out what I was looking for. He loaded the heavy sink onto the cart for me and even went to other isles to retrieve parts that I would need, so I didn't have to look around for them myself.

Everyone that I come in contact with is very knowledgeable. Ty helped me in electrical and he helped make the project go well. Way to go!

I had to get pipes for a project in my backyard and i needed help with what tools to cut my conduit pipes with, i bought 8. The plumbing dept, Bob and Ruben, said they would have no problem cutting the pipes i got in the electrical dept. It was fast and easy for them to cut all 8 pipes and i was out there within 15 minutes to start my project at home.

I don't frequent The Home Depot, however I was satisfied with the ease of finding any item that I needed. The associates are very friendly and helpful. I am confident in going back to this location since I am working on my new home and excited that it is close to my home.

I was looking for an item in the El Monte location and 3 other locations, till I called Bonnie in Monrovia @ the Garden dept. and she said she did have item and would hold it near the fountain in the garden section with my name on it. I drove out to Monrovia and purchase my item with a smile! Store employees were very nice and helpful. It was a great experience. Thank you - Irma S.
