I am impressed by the present culture at the store. The staff is helpful by answering the questions I had. On my recent visit two days ago, I was pleasantly surprised to see the Manager help out through out my transaction including making sure that the Truck rental was taken care of as well as my purchase of Weber BBQ unit was loaded and tied securely.

MONROVIA has the best customer service in the San Gabriel valley. Being in the real estate business, I have been to many and seen terrible stores where employees(ALHAMBRA) hide when you have a questions are snarky(Alhambra) or just plain don't care about being there. The culture and team at this specific store is very upbeat and friendly. w/much appreciation.

Ana Omana is the greatest! If you want exceptional customer service, Go visit Ana Omana in the Millsworks department! I guarantee you will be completely satisfied!! Exceptional customer service, matter of fact Superior Customer service!

Store is good clean and other positive point. I wrote on the survey my opinion.

I like how they ask if you need assistance and how the kid with the beard by the cashiers asks if i found everything ok.

The associate Miguel from Hardware department is not friendly and racist, he discriminate Asian and regard me as a thief!

Customer service has had a huge upgrade. Applaud the management who turned this store around, from one that everyone dreaded to enter to one that now you can receive help and staff are both friendly AND helpful. Didn't think it was possible, but I have had four very good experiences lately. Hooray!

i've always had a pretty good experience at this store, all except for the Illegal's in the parking lot.

This store has a wonderful, knowledgeable staff who always go the extra mile to make sure they understand my projects and help me get exactly what I need, always keeping in mind my budget. Also, since the remodeling of the store, the store appears cleaner and it always seems well stocked. Consistently a wonderful place to shop!

Jenn B., Pro Supervisor, and her team are amazing. They go above and beyond to get things done and handled. They are professional, dedicated and have such warm and friendly attitudes with each other and the customers. They made a difficult job much, much easier.

The store is everything I need in a hardware store.

Very helpful. I am a local educator and needed help collecting supplies for an upcoming project for young children. I don't have a lot of tools. They were very friendly and helped me cut PVC pipe for the project. Clean store and excellent service. I have seen a positive improvement over the years. Thank you Home Depot Monrovia!

The employees here are friendly and helpful. This store has a lot of different selections of flooring/tiles and backsplash. The store hour is also longer than the other stores in the area. It's good for people that works late and still able to visit the store after work.

LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL BE JUDGED IF PAYING WITH THEIR OWN CREDIT CARD! BEEN A CUSTOMER MANY YEARS AND SO ANNOYED TO FEEL THE NEED TO FIND ANOTHER HOME DEPOT!

If I could give no stars I would. Twice my order was screwed up and I was lied to both times. The fact that the manager was lying to their employee and refused to come see us is unbelievable. Will NEVER come here to shop only to be lied to constantly

Majority of the Store Employees and Management is very helpful and takes time to help.They are friendly. Store is clean and seems well stocked

Had a great experience in Plumbing (Toilets). Bob is knowledgeable and professional. On your way out be sure to stop in Gloria's line, she has a smile for you and professional timely check out experience. She beats the self check out any day. Store is neat and organized.

All of the The Home Depot stores are great places to shop. The Monrovia store is especially good because their customer service - by ALL employees - is very much appreciated. Over the past few years, this store has a great feel just walking through the doors. The products are arranged well, the store is clean (down to the restrooms), the employees are knowledgable and very helpful; I did not hear one complaint! Check out is easy and friendly. The Monrovia store of The Home Depot is the place to shop without the hassle!
