Wonderful place and very organized

I bought some floor tiles and the delivery guy choose not to deliver because for some reason they can only live then in the middle of the driveway outside and not in the garage.

I bought the paint and accessries, and it was a good experience

Best check out experience, could improve RETURN and GARDEN areas they are too small too narrow … one could get injured maneuvering a cart with large merchandise in those areas

Excellent variety of merchandise and customer service level. Fast move inthe cashier processing time. Excellent experience. recommended.

Other customers leave their carts in the spaces beside the handicapped parking spaces. I believe the employees should be aware that they have to check these spots constantly and maybe a sign could be used.

I bought some paints and received suggestions as to color matching for my living room walls. I am very satisfied with the colors that I bought and the quality of the paints! I give a rate of five stars for both the service provided and quality of the product I received.

My brothers water filter broke and all the carbon particles entered the piping. I went to the store and consulted Orlando. Not only he was experienced and savvy on the fittings I needed to purge the line, he also encouraged me to feel confident about doing it myself. Unfortunately at the cashier Aidalyz was the opposite. I asked her for a discount (I had more than $200 on items) and she told me she can’t “because the system doesn’t allow me to do it”. I know this is not true.

No one helped, everyone is talking with each other and no interest in selling or helping with the merchandise... Maybe the salary has to be by commission for every help or customer to HD assure more customers service and selling more products... We the customers are who pays for everything in the store not the employees but time will tell... You need to focus on service to get better in selling in order to keep the business running. And remember we are first and without our money 💰💰 you can't survive... The employees are too comfy with the good salary it's not good...

What I have found great about Home Depot stores is the extensive inventory of home items it maintains. You could always count on finding what you need.

Recently bought a roof sealer for my house and received a well documented orientation by a Lanco products employee. After utilizing it, am very pleased with the product.

I always find everything. It’s curious that they seem to have more products than the Paraue Escorial in Carolina.
