I purchased a Ryobi router table and router. The router table is a good weight for me to handle and I love the features. I love the stability of the table. It's not weak. I got the Ryobi better router. My husband likes it and I do too. It was an easy set up. I know these two products will help me produce lots of craft projects, shelves, designs, and repairs. My husband purchases Ryobi products a lot. He loved my choice.

I decided to tackle a project I've been dreaming about, and that meant a serious trip to the hardware store, so I headed over to our local Home Depot, and overall I was pleased with my shopping trip, it definitely lived up to what I expect from Home Depot, when I asked for help an employee didn't just point me in the right direction but actually walked me over and helped me find the specific type of water pressure valve I needed. They seem to have a good stock of pretty much everything, except a few items that had to be ordered because they didn't have them in stock at that location, the store itself was clean and pretty well organized, which made finding most things fairly easy, and as always the prices felt reasonable for the quality I was getting. Apart from the few items they didn't have in stock, and maybe a little bit more proactivity from employees, everything worked out great, so maybe just keeping a closer eye on those little odds and ends would be great, but overall, I'd totally recommend this Home Depot to anyone.

I went in the store for an order and no one walked up to me and asked if we needed any assistance even though we’ve been standing there almost 20 minutes. The workers tend to see you and go the other way or avoid coming your way so that they do not have to assist. My next recent order was online. It did not come on the date that I promised it came a day or two late when It was no longer needed. Not qualified with the greet process of service. Just ridiculous..

Dave in flooring was super helpful. He helped me find what I needed and helped me load everything in my van. I really appreciate his attention to great customer service.

getting bird seed or bird supplies is always blocked by a large, metal, orange ladder. It is so heavy I can't move it and I have to ask an employee to do it. WHY IS IT ALWAYS BLOCKING THE BIRD SEED??

I was so thankful to this Home Depot. I was greeted, asked if I needed help, and received personal help. I bought several cases of 12x24 wall tile that I would have had trouble loading alone. I also ordered a large vanity and was taken care of quickly by the same employee.

Associates at this store seem to not like their job. I did not have an associate approach me to greet or ask if I needed help. If you need an item from this store find it on the app, find the aisle and bay number and get it yourself. Associates need to realize they will be customers at some point and they will want to be helped. Kindness and assistance goes a long way to having returning customers. Unless attitude changes at this store you’re better off going else’s.

I broke a shower door glass and the HD employee said "reorder the assembly and swap my broken glass with the new glass and return it". This actually was the advice the HD employee had for me. I said to her, Jesus would not like my doing such a thing when I was the reason the glass broke. She then said, you should not be punished for an accident and it would be ok if I wanted to claim it arrived broken. I simply ordered a brand new shower door system and paid for it just to get the one piece of glass. The one shower door was available from the manufacture but the associate did not want to bother with calling the manufacture and trying to resolve it this way.

Spoke with 4 different people. All had different, conflicting answers.

I stopped into this store and selected some lag bolts and washers, went to the self checkout, paid with a Credit Card, and took a paper receipt. I did not give my name or otherwise interact with anyone in the store. (also I NEVER give my email address at these places because I don't like the spam mail) Today, I received an email from them asking me to rate my visit. I'm waiting to find out how they managed to pull this trick off before I go back.

The main aisles are to cluttered with purchase items. Not only can two people not pass each other, but this could be a potential safety hazard. I had to move to the side to let another person by and it became hectic with other customers.

I really enjoy my time in the store. The prices are great.

I am always looking for something and it seems that only this Home Depot has it meaning what I am looking for, I can think of it and even be at another location in another state and yet let me come back home there it is.

The associates in this store and the sorre manage went over and above to helop me with my purchase. Great experience there.....

I have been using this Home Depot store for about 3 years. I built a new home in Camden, Alabama, and I personally selected and bought materials, appliances, light fixtures and other items for my new home from this store----over $100,000 worth.

The first place I go for great ideas, home and garden improvements and repairs is The Home Depot. Great prices. inventory, and courteous personnel - always add up to a great and project getting done !!

I had help from 3 employees, they all took me to the products I was looking for. Customer service helped me when I called in the AM and they were also very friendly and professional. When checking out, the cashier was friendly and efficient. Nice to do business with a company where the employees like their job and want to work.

I was able to get 5 bag of brown mulch for a good price
