not very good customer service asked for help 5 times in the Lighting Department and no one came to help us even after walking up to the customer service counter and even calling the on our cell phone they kept telling us that they would send someone over to help us after a half hour no one came so we just left went to the paint department to get paint and couldn't get anyone to help us there either.

Best home supply store around.

I went in the store looking for repair parts for a faucet. Finding the correct parts wasn't obvious, but an employee helped me. Not only did he help me look, but he also went and looked it up on the computer. When he came back he had identified the correct parts. The parts I purchased were correct and I was able to complete the repair job easily.

Very disappointed in coordination of delivery service. Once sale is made out of their hands. Not able to influence or make any corrections. No ownership of failure to deliver item as purchased either the store, delivery service, or supplier

The associates are super helpful and nice. They will take you to the item you are looking for or find a different associate that knows where it is.

In my experience, this store is top notch with it's customer service and knowledge of products. Every time that I go to this particular store, I am greeted with a smile and every single employee that walks by asks if I need help with anything. At our last visit, we even say an employee go above and beyond for another one. I love that!

The associates were extremely helpful. 2 helped me find different things I was looking for. The cashier was friendly and quick. Huge shout out to Blake who helped me in the cutting center. He did an excellent job and was so kind.

Haley in the appliance department at the Monticello Home Depot was very helpful when ordering my appliances, as was the Assistant Manager on July 3rd when they were extremely busy. Both staff members were friendly and SO helpful and patient. They worked on finding the best deal possible for my appliance purchase. Thank you.

Lack of knowledge regarding store products and inventory.

I have visited the Appliance Department at the Monticello, MN store at least eight times in the last year. On every occasion the staff were very helpful and prompt in assisting me. They also have a much better selection of in-store appliances to look at to help make a decision on which appliance(s) to purchase. I would highly recommend this location.

I always have excellent service here

Jeff in appliances was great. Very knowledgeable and really listened to what we were looking for. He was honest when he didn't know something and quickly looked it up to give us accurate information. He seemed to care that we got what we needed at the best price rather than trying to sell us something that was more expensive.

I am always greeted with Smike and a friendly “ Hello, how can I help you” when walking in the door. The staff at the Monticello are amazing! Friendly and helpful. I e been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Thanks for all you do!! Paula

Careful if you expect a 10% off for military discount - Very few items "qualify" for a discount.....

I stopped in a Home Depot with limited time to do my shopping. Upon looking around I was greeted by a sales person who asked if they could help, I told I was on a time crunch and what I needed. He pulled out a hand held device looked up what I needed, confirmed that it was the items I was looking for and within 20-30 minutes I was loading my truck and on my. Can't ask for anything better than that.

we recently purchased a freezer at Home Depot and the employee who made the sale was the greatest. It was refreshing to have some one so knowledgeable and helpful
