From the moment I entered the store, associates were very helpful and several associates greeted me as I walked throughout the store. Pleasant experience with good prices for what I was looking for made this a great shopping experience. I will return for future purchases.

We have done several home improvements since buying our house in Monument and have always had great experiences with the store and staff. The manager of the paint department (Patty?) has always been amazing through each visit and nightmare we have had. Thank you to great management and the staff that makes this store run!

Check out was easy. The associates took the time to interact with me and ensured that I had everything I needed

It was great to have several associates ask if I needed assistance locating an item. One of the associates directed me to the correct isle to locate the item.

We needed a new dishwasher. The associate was very helpful and knowledgable. Without his advice I could easily have made a wrong decision. I really appreciated him taking time to tell me the pros and cons of each model.

I suggest that every store have a specially designated section for discounts, closeouts, etc.

Most of the associates in this store are way more friendly than your stores in Southern California. Keep up the good work.

This is my store of preference as I can always find someone who is very knowledgeable in the area I am inquiring about (electronics, gardening, decking, etc.). The employees are not only knowledgeable and friendly but they are more than willing to take the time to make sure they have thoroughly answered my questions. If a staff person doesn't know the answer to my question they are quick to find someone who can. My being a female doesn't affect their attitude towards me as well. This is a great store!

Lately, I have been into HD several times a day to certain departments while trying to finish a number of home projects. So much so in one department that the main associate asked me, "Haven't you finished that project yet?" We both laughed when I said "Which one?" After so many years of being stubborn about not asking for help because I already know it all, I have started asking for help when I need it because they almost always have the right answer and know where to find it.

I was assisted by LeighAnn, Luke and Travis at the service desk. My issue: A lost lid to a garbage can previously purchased at The Home Depot. They were kind enough to replace it. Totally above and beyond. Thank you!

What a grand store the Monument store has proven to be. We use to shop Lowe's but the quality of sales associates (with the exception of two or three) and their knowledge and eagerness to help has made us loyal Home Depot fans! Ray Diaz is exceptionally service oriented and makes shopping at this store actually fun! Way to go Home Depot and Ray!

Great store! They Associates are always friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you find everything you need. The store is well stocked, so you can always find what you need...and the prices are hard to beat!

Paint department store associates were very knowledgeable and helpful with matching the color of the paint I needed from paint shavings I provided

We were looking to buy a deep freezer. Ken Roberts helped us find a fantastic unit that was on sale and better than we had hoped to find! We are absolutely pleased and will be back often!

I went in looking for a storm/screen door combination and the associate and I talked for quite a long time. My door is not exactly stock measurement but we were able to figure out how to modify it. I was able to bring the door home. I was pleased the associate was so helpful and he seemed to know his product line.

I had a general idea from the Home Depot website what department I wanted: Appliances. When I arrived, I asked several associates who is the best expert in that area. Without any hesitation, they all referred me to Ken (I forget his last name) but on the invoice, he is referred to as: KR88M6. He was so knowledgeable, knew every aspect of every appliance that I was interested in, extraordinarily respectful, friendly and helpful, he made my experience at purchasing just the right item that this was the most enjoyable visit to Home Depot that I have ever had, after many years of purchasing at this particular Home Depot. This appliance associate should be recognized as the "Outstanding Associate of the Year", in my opinion. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience with you.

I was served by an outstanding Home Depot associate in the appliance sections that provided exceptional help in locating, comparing like products and explaining in detail the advantages of each. His professionalism and knowledge was far more than I had ever received before......over many, many years. Mr. Ken Roberts made my selection and purchase an outstanding experience.

Staff was very helpful. Even when they didn't have the rental i needed they suggested other places that may have that rental.

I was very pleased with the quick help "D" gave me. I was also pleased with the cheerfulness of the checkout young lady. It's always a pleasure shopping at HomeDepot.

Went in looking for a garden hose hanger, wondered past appliances when Ken said hello. I needed a fridge so asked if he had the model my wife wanted. 10 minutes later I had the fridge purchased and a delivery date.Ken who helped me really made me feel like family.

I was approached by two associates while in the store. both provided me with info that I didn't ask for but was very helpful

I received an immediate offer to help within minutes upon entering the store. Dave could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful guiding me from one end of the store to the other, instead of just pointing as to where I needed to go. We found what I needed right away and then helped me take the items to the register. Wow! I have always received excellent service at the Monument Home Depot, so this was no surprise. However, I felt compelled to once again express my appreciation to everyone who strive to help whenever they can. I can even take my dog inside the store and always receive a warm reception from not only staff, but from other customers who appreciate seeing a friendly dog. It's a joy to shop at Home Depot in Monument!

I needed help, waited a long time and no one came. I had shoulder surgery and couldn't do it myself. No one came to the tree area to help after the cashier called for help, I had to get the tree on the cart myself. The cashier reluctantly helped me load the tree in my truck, it was too heavy for him, I had to help him. I either need to hire a helper to go with me to Home Depot to load or go somewhere else.. Might be cheaper to go to Lowes..

Ken in the Appliance Department was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and provided the information I needed to make a good decision.

I am a regular shopper at Home Depot and also a retired military member. Home Depot boasts about their support of the military and their position as providing a 10% discount to active and retired military personnel. I realize there are limitations on the departments in which they provide this discount, but I have noticed that they have reduced the discount significantly over time. I am not sure if they still even provide this discount. If they are not honoring the discount any longer please say so. Thank you.

John and Taylor were very helpful in getting my building supplies. They offered extra assistance in cutting some material for me. A very pleasant experience for me. Thank you

The store associates provided us with outstanding customer service, ideas and recommendations for our particular need. Adam Farley was outstanding. A fine young man.

Great experience working with George in the tools department. He spent a good deal of time with me, explaining which tools I needed (and as importantly which ones I didn't) to complete my project, why I needed them and a few tips on how to use them properly. Were it not for employees like George the Home Depot might earn its reputation as a "big box" store... there are good people that work there and that should be remembered when people bemoan shopping at the big box.
