Molly a store employee challenged me as to how much of a percent to charge AFTER i had already bought it and they were being loaded into my car. She told the loader Gavin who has his own customer service issues, to 'THROW IT" INTO MY CAR. Nobody 'THROWS' anything into my car. A fat 50 year old loader with a nasty attitude was wearing his mask UNDER HIS NOSE____USELESS! REFUSED TO PLACE IT PROPERLY WHEN ASKED TO DO SO. and no wonder because the sign stating everyone must wear a mask was upside down and on the floor behind a register.... Our governor's mandatory mask laws are not being observed at this store.....attitudes suck, and do not bother to call ahead to see if something is there, you will be told no, when it is indeed there--- drive to Castle Rock, it is worth the extra miles to get a decent experience.

We have shopped at the Monument Colorado Home Depot store for more than ten years. Every experience has been highly positive; staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and very customer-focused. Super place!

I had a huge carpet project to complete and Renee in the Flooring department was awesome to work with!!!

The store was well organized and stocked. All employees that we asked for assistance were happy to assist and very friendly. A fantastic shopping experience.

Hats off to this Monument Home Depot and its employees. First time remodeling, and was amazed at how seamless management (Jessica Williams) made my experience. Have been shopping at this store since it opened and have found that the customer service of all employees has become exceptional over time. Store is clean, easy to navigate and well stocked.

Only location that I go to that doesn’t check their returned rentals, then pass the repair fee onto the next customer.

Jeremy is the man! Went over and beyond for me with a very complex transaction and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I felt like he is the type of associate who puts the customer first and provides real solutions. He is a person who takes responsibility and goes over and beyond.

Was at store today at 10AM and there were no carts, went for three common hardware items and all three were sold out, empty. (One product I was told was sold out, I did find on my own because it had been moved to an End Cap display) Garden Center - This is Spring and Garden Center should be stocked up and running. Isles were a mess, product, pallets and debris were piled in corners. Back isle of bagged product was a mess. Of course if there are no carts you won't be buying much in the garden center anyway. Store looked like it needed a lot of merchandising attention and help with inventory.

Appalling customer service, lack of product knowledge and consistency, and the store suffers from poor leadership. Now during Covid19, when the governor mandated employees of essential businesses wear masks, multiple employees don't wear masks. Yet there is no mandate, and there the only store in the area that is creating a crowd in front by limiting the number of people in the store, and once you get inside the store is practically empty of customers. The only oh so slight positive is once you're ready to check out there are no lines. However, be prepared to get conflicting information and half the time it's out right wrong. The store has poor leadership and is able to unify a team, given recent struggles and having dealt wit the store manager Susan, it is apparent that she is lacking leadership ability and the talent necessary to unite and unify a team. Home Depot is using Covid19 as an excuse for poor customer service, but the Monument location is especially bad. Unfortunately they don't have much competition in the area, so they don't have to focus on customer service, and at least at the store level, leadership doesn't care that the service is bad because there the only gig in town. Well I would recommend driving down to the springs or up to Castle Rock to avoid the text book specimen of poor customer service.

Monument Home Depot is my favorite Home Depot to shop. Everyone is professional and helpful. I ordered carpet and had an install from the Monument Home Depot, the associate was so helpful and professional. She was very patient and answer all my questions that I had on step to step process of getting a carpet install. I highly recommend shopping there!!

This store rarely has the items/help I am looking for. I am an average home owner. Not a contractor. They tend to sell products for a limited time only, then once you have purchased an item they stop carrying that brand so you can never find parts for it. I've tried to buy cabinets, they were all scratched up. I tried to buy mini-split heaters, never could get someone to show up for the appointment. Tried to get kitchen counters, again no one called back for an appointment. They know they are the only store in town and they dont care about customer service. I have lived here for over 12 years and have had many bad customer experiences. Today they(5 different employees) couldn't find someone to cut a piece of wood. Nowhere in the store...on a weekend! I often find what I need at Ace instead, though unfortunately not lumber. I have all but given up going to this store even though it is closer to my home than competing stores. I only go when necessary. They will be very sorry when another competing store moves into town!

The store was clean and products were easy to find. I found an item in my garage still in the bag that I had forgotten about and purchased years ago - no receipt. They took it back and gave me store credit -yay! Thank you!

Bait and switch! Went to buy a Black Friday wreath (2) and, they had offered another of the same size (advertised) but was smaller and looked like it was left over from last Christmas, that rang up $5.00 more per wreath. Store personnel tried to convince me and my wife that it was the same size - not, and description was the same and no SKU #. I also heard that the same store tried to sell a Christmas tree that was dead and painted green. Take care when to select your item and go to pay.

Generally neat and clean with helpful employees

Everyone is always helpful and friendly. We always get great customer service at this location. Yewkiat, in paint, was especially helpful and went above and beyond to take care of us. We really appreciate her painting tips and her persistence to help us.
