I am a Lot Assoicate at store 1087 I always do my shopping at store 1087 we have the best group of assoicates and there like my family. Go store 1087

The store was very busy and didn't have enough employees. I waited 15 minutes in hardware for a key to be made. Other employees paged a code orange three times for the key machine and still no one came. If i hadn't found someone on my own to make my key I would've waited a really long time.

Overall the customer service is great. Store is clean. The paint department is great! Karina is sweet. Most of the time they have what I want and need. Some associates are not as friendly. Thankfully the ones that are offset those that are not. Hard to always find someone as they are a very busy store. Has not stopped me as I come weekly still.

Cashier Karina is very sweet . I'm happy she rang up my paint today. Give that women an award!

This store employees are way more helpful than other home depot I highly recommend this one due to the employees happiness and their knowledge of locations of all material cashiers are friendly and check your material to make sure it is not damaged before selling it to you which made this experience much more awesome

If you do find an employee in this Home Depot, don't expect them to help. Guys in the online pick-up department use all their energy pretending not to see customers waiting to pick up merchandise. When asked to help, they do it begrudgingly. (Will note that another employee, a woman, did come and take over. She was friendly.) In another department, I heard a woman ask theemployee for help and he told her there wasn't anyone to help as he was the only person in the department (and was busy mixing paint). A man asked that same employee about the location of security lights. The employee was clueless. "I don't know. Try the next aisle over or the one after that." And all I could think of was, "or the one after that, or the one after that or the one after that until you reach the exit door." I did have a good laugh at a sign I saw in the store. It said something along the lines of "If you need help finding or reaching something, ask an employee for assistance." Ask an employee for help? What a concept! Maybe the sign should say, "Employee: If a customer asks for help and you are unable to help, call someone who can. If you are unwilling to help then turn in your orange apron and go home."

Bought used Mantis Tiller only to find it was not maintained well. Tines are frozen to axle. Hopefully Murrieta Store can resolve problem

Employees who aren't skilled to work in there area shouldn't be there. I spent more time hassling with incompetent people than getting what I needed. Hire people with trade experience for your trade areas and competitive pay. Give everyone customer service lessons.
