Great customer service, they always have the product I need

The Morgan Hill store is a Mini Home Depot, it doesn't carry all the products as in a normal size store. If you live here and work in Morgan Hill supply options are limited . So with that being said if you know what they carry and how to navigate the store I can recommend this store . most of the associates are friendly and knowlagable and usually helpful. As a coustomer who is in the store at least twice a day because of convience I've been mostly happy. I do know the store well and what they do and don't carry so not to waste time showing up because I'm looking for something . The store is kept neat and clean the parking is about as you could expect for any retailer .Early in the morning things get backed up with many contractors buying supplies for the day. Late morning to late afternoon is a good time to shop as mostly Home Owners are shopping .

Needed some silicon to seal my RV windows and a associate knew exactly where the silicon was andthe variety was more than I ever imagined.

I visit this Home Depot often, it is clean and usually has the products I need. The checkout lines are usually short so my time is not wasted.

Always know that I will leave the store ready to start my project. Consistently successful shopping trip!

I was pleased when the gardening cashier asked if I would like to apply for a Home Depot credit card and she told me about how I would receive a substantial portion of my purchase at no cost. I will soon have a Home Depot credit card and it only took me 3 minutes.

I have been a customer of Home Depot Morgan Hill for 3 years since moving here. I have always left the store with everything that I came looking for which is rare in retail stores these days. Whenever I did need help, I could always find someone nearby if not approached first by an associate. I am a very satisfied customer. Keep up the great work!

helpfull staff ,cleanstore. sometimes hard to find an assistant to find merchandise,but helpfull after. most of the time that visted this store (i), i was told where to find the procduct that i wanted to buy, but had to wait for someone to help me ,short on staff at all homedepot stores.

I was assisted by an associate that went way above average! The experience was a pleasant surprise from assistance in locating the items I wanted, checkout and loading of the items. The Morgan Hill store is a great place to shop.

The associate was very helpful. And friendly. I wnt to check for some garden tools the associate ask me if I needed help when I went to pay she offered to get a Home Depot card because she could give me a very good deal by the way she was so friendly.unfortunately there was a problem with the application. She told me to make some calls and then come back and she'll help me then. I was hesitant but I did anyway. When I went back she was quite busy. She called for assistance so she could help me. And she took care of everything .

It is a bit smaller than some Home Depots but has 90% of what you need. The hours are great, the parking is good, the location is easy to get to. I rarely leave Morgan Hill for most home projects I do. Their install prices are high and some have high minimums like counter tops. .

I visit this store 2 or more times a week. Everyone is always helpful. They make it feel like the kinda small town it is. On this particular visit my checker was all smiles and as usual helpful, to me and others. She’s a keeper. Good job Morgan Hill Home Depot!

I knew what I needed and related items were purposely co-located so no need to search very far.

The store is always clean, people are always helpful and friendly. store lay out are very easy to find things.

I was at the store picking up some gardening essentials like snail bait and seed spreader when I went to the checkout and the cashier asked if I wanted to save $30 towards this purchase. I said "Whoa you bet I would" and 3 minutes later I have a new card in my name and only spent $6 for the spreader, snail bait, weed killer and some lawn bug treatment seed. A good deal indeed!

Availability of help in this store has been going down continuously over the past several years. I am constantly finding opened packages which have been opened, parts removed, then taped shut and returned to the shelf. When alerting an employee of this, the usual response is complete indifference. Finally, during most of the time spent in the store, we shoppers are assaulted when the most obnoxious, loud music imaginable. If there was another store of this kind in town you can be sure I would never shop here again. Ed Hernstedt

I didn't require assistance as I knew exactly what I was looking for this time. When I went to check out, I received a VERY WARM HELLO and asked if I found everything I was looking for by the Cashier! She was most impressive and so gracious! I've not been so impressed by anyone's attitude for a long time. Kudos to an amazing young lady for her friendliness and manners!

Our Home Depo store in Morgan Hill is a delight to have close by. We enjoy shopping in a clean well organized store. Any time we need paint. (Home Depo) has the Best paint we ever used. We always use BEHR.. Great prices too. Very quickly checked out without any problems.. I'm a very excellent shopper and Highly recommend HOME DEPO!!

My purpose was to select a sample of paint for my room. Patrick from the Paint department did a wonderful job of assisting my needs. Very helpful and fast. When I went to check out, Maximo at the returns desk was able to have me checked out very fast. Took about a minuet or so. Very happy with my visit today.

WELL ORGANISED and clean and helpful for the product

This is a larger Home Depot store. The selection of products and prices are comparable and even rival online markets. The customer service at the Morgan Hill Home Depot is excellent, I am always approached and offered assistance in the aisles and at checkout.
