Love My New Mailbox - It Came Complete with Minimal installation

This Home Depot location is very professional, friendly, and a must go.

The items were on the aisle and row as indicated on the online page. I had a question about the price the customer service person was helpful with resolving. The location changed from a neighboring city affecting the price by $2.

Throughout this MORROW HOME DEPOT STORE, my wife & I visited the store & received OUSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Employees were more than courteous to actually show us or immediately provide the aisle number for the products we searched for! Also, AMARE AT THE FRONT REGISTERS PROVIDED OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! She went out of her way to help us make decisions on PRODUCTS THAT WERE LOCKED UP IN THE CASE FOR SECURITY CAMERAS. AMARE (not sure of the spelling for this females name), MIGHT HAVE BEEN A SUPERVISOR BECAUSE SHE WAS IN POSSESSION OF THE KEYS TO THE SECURITY CAMERA CASE.

Although your store is over a half hour away my residence, I was in the area and stopped by your store. I ended up purchasing a refrigerator and electric oven. Your salesman was so knowledgeable and helpful. It was refreshing to walk into a Home Depot and have someone who actually worked and went out of his way to assist.

Customer service was really bad over the holiday season.Just seems like no one was willing to help and just was focusing on going home for the day

My in store experience went very well. This was my first time purchasing appliances in Home Depot and the process was smooth. Kelsey M. walked us through the process and explained pricing, features of the appliances, and delivery options.

I went to return a kitchen faucet I had just purchased that morning from another Home Depot had my receipt in hand and I was told I had to go back to the other store because I did not buy it there. When I went back to other store they assured me that was a lie. Very dishonest young lady working at service desk and very poor customer service..

Just an example of great customer service. From the time I entered to when I left I encountered great customer service from everyone. Gary stood out because he took the time to make me knowledgeable about the upright freezer unit that I purchased.

I bought $150 worth of house plants, I bought washer and dryer, a weed eatter, John Deer replacement products.

Awesome associates at Morrow Home Depot. Love this store.

The customer service I had was great. Taylor was a great help and very friendly.

I appreciate the Morrow HD store because it "caters" more to professionals than many of the other area HD stores -- which means a better selection of tools and materials.

Low on stock. I not enough items on the shelves

I had the best experience shopping for major home appliances. The sales person that helped me was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and on it!! She was able to meet all of my request with ease and made me feel very good about my purchase!

I shopped with the associates at this location and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I went in for a few garden supplies and Lee and Amauri were beyond helpful. Lee helped me find deer repellent I couldn’t find on my own. Working in sales, I appreciate good customer service. Bravo!

I go to this location a lot!! Not only is it convenient but the customer service is great!!!

I was looking for a Weed Eater and the one that I wanted was sold out. I did not want to buy a more expensive one and was on my way out when the Customer Service rep offered me a $25 discount off the price of the more expensive Weed Eater as a way of accommodating my needs and interest.

When I arrived at the store I was warmly greeted by Jade at customer service to to my return. I left and went across the front end and was greeted by the Afrikan Gentleman that represents Carrier HVAC. While crossing I met Kimber from Self Check-Out She was amazingly full of positive energy, a true asset to your organization, and just as I finished some additional shopping I met Ms. Donna the Cashier. She acknowledged my Pro and Military status and offered me a Home Depot Credit Card. I absolutely LOVED the experience.

Gardner & Tommie just completed my kitchen delivery and installation and they were great! They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products. They gave me tips and directions, too. These guys work well together. They make a great team and are wonderful ambassadors for Home Depot!!

Christine pulled us to the "return" area to check us out. She was friendly, and good at what she does. She helped me get a Home Depot credit card to save money on my purchase. I will be sure and speak to her the next time I am at Home Depot, which will be soon.
