My review is to express my satisfaction with this particular home depot. The staff, especually managers, are extremely friendly and attentive to shoppers. Everything from online ordering/pickup to in store shopping is consistently met with smiles and good attitudes, making it easy to be comfortable asking for help. I also am happy about my flooring measurement and installation quote. While I am still deciding whether or not approve the install service. I feel well-equipped and supported if I do the install myself. Knowledgeable staff wrre available in store and also at the 800 numbet yo talk about options and updated to the materials or scope. Overall a 5-star experience. Keep up the great hob Moses Lake!

Whatever happened to straight dry uncracked wood. Appears to be a thing of the past. And it's gotten quite frustrating

The Electrical Department is well organized and clean so you can find what you need.

I use the HomeDepot app to find the exact product I'm looking for and to make sure it's in stock before I head over for another HomeDepot run. THEN while I'm in store, the app tells me which row and bin the product is in. I don't need to waste time looking for an employee. PRICELESS!!!

Associates always friendly and helpful. Store clean, organized and well stocked.

We purchased Washer dryer tower in October and a upright freezer a few days ago, both times we had the pleasure of dealing with Pat.Pat is a great sales person he was very thorough in explaining our purchases and has a terrific personality. We would recommend him to others.

We needed help with purchasing a built in microwave and Jack and Tara helped us and made it an easy process… great customer service!!

The paint specialist was very helpful… And looked into the exact way to mix the paint… I don’t know if he was a specialist, but he really seemed to care

Any time I’ve gone in person the customer service is great and everyone is always helpful but when I’ve ordered items online it has been the worst experience. Delayed orders, lost orders, cancelled orders that had to be reordered. Would not order online from home depot. Go someone else for online orders

I used to work at a large box store. ..20 years ago. We provided great customer service but everybody did. Things gotta work downhill but this store provides amazing customer service. Everything. I was looking for was in stock. It's just a great experience.

Everywhere has been sold out of orange flags for offroading at the sand dunes. I tried all my local stores being treated as if i was an annoyance simply for shopping there. Mainly the ACE in Ephrata being the absolute worse. Two employees however Vanessa and Katie greated me right away in the Home Depot. They offered to help me as soon as i walked in. Within minutes they where able to find me materials to create my own and even told me the exact location on where to get the supplies. They didn't have to do this and very much could of gave me the typical "we don't sell those" response, but instead went out of their way to help get what i needed. In the future im going drive the further distance. Customer service like this is well worth the gas and the time.

I had a very good experience at your store. A young man named Landon was very courteous, polite, and helpful and a young lady cashier named Mariah was also very kind and helpful.

We went in for a laundry list of things for our rental property and every store employee we came into contact with made sure to help us and direct us to the exact aisle in the store that we needed. They went out of their way to get our daughter stickers she is 3 . And we're so knowledgeable about everything in the store . They knew where everything was . They even went across the store to help us in other departments that were not theirs . The cashier was amazing and friendly . Thank you so much Justin , Pat , the gentlemen that got our daughter more stickers and the gentlemen that works in doors . We could have had a better experience.

I have visited 3 times in a week. Each employee helped find the things I wanted and checking out was nice! Joel checked me out yesterday and was very helpful. Dinah helped me today and was helpful too. Y

I purchased fence boards, they were mislabeled and not only was I told they wouldn't honor the price but I was to wait in customer service line for a refund and then reload and purchase the different boards. Whole process took 45 minutes.

We went to ace to buy a traeger quickly as ours died in the middle of smoking a brisket and nobody helped us for the 15 minutes we were in the store. The cashiers were occupied on their phones instead so we left and came to Home Depot and Krista rocked getting us an assembled traeger and loaded it into our truck so quickly, it was an amazing experience!

Not happy...they need to work on customer service. Don't work in retail if you are lazy and don't like helping people.

Was is doing a normal shopping day buying house necessities went in the other aisle I heard some thing I didn’t like it was a couple of associate talking to another associate, who was a manager that went by the weird name of a duck I know this because I asked when he was done talking to them he was being disrespectful and miss treating those associates. No one deserves this type of treatment, no matter what position you hold in the store. Will never return. And I wish I can give the store a zero stars. They don’t deserve neither the less of one.

We always get prompt help when needed and the employees are always very friendly.

Home Depot carries any & mostly everything to do with your home. Save your gas, time and go to Home Depot first. The friendly and knowledgeable employee’s always ready to help you. All you have to do is ASK.

I'm very happy with with products I've bought, will be back

I bought a refrigerator and a stove today and the help that I received from shay and Will was outstanding I will return to this Home Depot because of the service they provided and will specifically ask for them for any future purchases.

I had placed an online order and needed to cancel it and cashier William helped me through the process very quickly and friendly. Then upon completing my new order i told him it was a suprise purchase for my mothers house and he asked if the next time i was in the store to find him and let him no how she liked it.

Store has decent people. Some knowledgeable some try.

The customer service at this Home Depot has improved a lot over the last few years. They also have a good selection of high quality tools.
