Everyone that works here is always so friendly!!! Convenient location!!!

My experience at this store was terrific. Many store associates asked how they could assist me. They helped in every department where I needed supplies and answered questions about my project to make sure I knew what to do.

Rosmary is by far the best employee at the Home Depot. She is very friendly and willing to help with anything I need. She remembers my name everytime I enter the store, and though I don't normally need help with an associate, if I do she is getting someone for me ASAP. Thank you Rosmary for everything you do.

Ericka at customer service desk is great. My 5 year old son loves her!

Not having visited home depot in quite some time, it was still the associates that I wanted assistance from and appreciate when they assist me with exploring my needs. This still does not seem to happen very often.

I visited the store with an item that needed repair and didn't know what I needed or how I would approach the project. Paul in the Hardware Department listened to my request/questions and offered various approaches to repair the item. He not only explained what would be needed and how it would be completed, he showed me the items I would need and had the item repaired. What a wonderful experience and outcome.

I went to get some Christmas lights and a holiday rug for my front door. The associate was so lovely-she directed me right to everything. On a whim I asked if she had any Christmas angels for the top of the tree. Not only did they have them, but the angel I bought is so beautiful & I can't believe I found it at Home Depot of all places! Thanks for putting me in the Christmas spirit, HD!

Associates are readily available to answer questions and help you find what you need. Associates and cashiers are always very friendly.

Best Home Depot in South Jersey. Very clean and hands down the best staff around. Make it a point to only come to this depot everyday.

David, in the paint department, was very helpful in finding a match for the old can of red paint which I had started a project with. His efforts saved me a lot of time and effort. The spray paint he helped me choose matched perfectly and covered the project better than the other brand I had been using. Thank you.

I found both things I was looking for , however stopped in the flooring dept just to check out the laminate and tile and a very informative gentleman after asking if I was looking for something in particular, began to tell me about the new floor product I was looking at. He suggested I take samples for later and said if I had a question he was in the next aisle. I later asked a another gentlemen about an plastic extension for my floor register which was behind our couch. I wanted to attache it to the register and the extension would pull the heat under the couch into the center of the room to maximize the heat. Unfortunately he and I and my husband all looked carefully, no product. He went to the website, no product. He was very apologetic about not being able to help me, but it was fine. I appreciate his time to help us. The cashier was a sweet lady. There were also associates greeting people at the door for gift cards. Nice holiday touch, but I already got my gift cards I said. Overall friendly store. Thanks for a good experience and especially for having associates available because being in sales that is my number 1 thing. Service! Bernadette L.

By far the best homedepot in the area! Able to find what you need and get on with work. Cashiers Elsa and Rose are always helpful at the commercial check-out!

I always shop at the Home Depot for tools and other home improvement needs, but usually at the Willow Grove store (which is also great!). I really like the convenience of this store since it is on my way home from work and always well-stocked. Like every HD, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and it's easy to find what I'm looking for.

I was quite happy with sales associate assistance in buying a leaf blower in their seasonal lawn and garden section. Sales associate was friendly and very knowledgeable about the choices in the product category. He steered me to the blower that was ideal for my needs, one better than the one that I had picked out on line. And, the price of the blower was very reasonable. In addition, the cashier on my checkout was very cordial and efficiently explained the process of registering the extended warranty I purchased for the product.

I shop there often, know the store and usually need no assistance. When I need assistance, I generally get it. Sometimes finding an associate is a problem.

The staff is always friendly and attentive, greeting you upon entering, asking if you need help and saying Thanks and Good Bye

My husband and I purchased a home in May of 2015. At the time, Lowe's was the closer location so we would find ourselves going there. Time and time again we dealt with issues at this location that included the products we needed not being in stock, horrible paint and less than helpful customer service. I was out with my dad one day (a contractor for over 30 years) and he insisted we go a little further to the home depot. I have not gone back to Lowe's since. The customer service, products, and overall experience are always on point. Needless to say, our home remodeling has been a lot more easier since the transition!

Been coming to this store for years and every visit I encounter helpful customer service oriented staff who have helped me in paints, power tools, lumber - you name it. Love this place.

Went in for one plumbing item, found it quickly and easily, grabbed some LED bulbs on the way to the self checkout, associate helped me immediately when I had trouble with my new CC with chip.

Sales Assoc. are great in helping me with buying. They are very knowledge. I love how they share their personal experience in guiding me. I feel like they are my own contractor.

All in all,a good store.This was my first visit and I had a pretty good experience.The cashier was a little nasty,but maybe she was having a bad day.

I always purchase/checkout at the Pro Dept. and Rosemary is always helpful and pleasant and helps to start my day off great. She has a great personality and gets to know all the customers on a first name basis. Very knowledgeable and can direct to correct department isle.
