I bought a bidet on Amazon it came with hardware and not so clear instructions. The supplied hose was metric, it looked like I needed either a 12mm to 3/8" adapter or a 3/8" to 7/8" adapter (or so I thought) to connect it to the water line. Cherry Hill location suggested I go to nearby Bartons Plumbing Supply, (where the professionals and tradesmen go) so I went, twice! First with the 12mm to 3/8" conversion request with no success and second time same day for 3/8"" to 7/8" adapter solution. They looked at me as if I came from Mars, I looked back as if there was a chimpanzee in front of me trying to figure out how to put the two pieces together. Lowes in Mt Laurel was my next stop, there one guy said they don't have anything like that, 7/8" is not a common size, so off to next door, Home Depot Mt Laurel, NJ and there was where I met John. First thing he said once he saw the pieces in my hand was "is it for a Bidet?" You should have seen the look on my face. John knows his trade.

I liked what was in the ratchet strap aisle, but it would've been nicer had the straps longer than 8 feet been available.

The store had what I wanted. When I called, the receptionist told me where to find that product.

The assistance I received from the staff member in the plumbing dept was exceptional.

You staff was eager to assist. That's a plus. Needed a very small hologen bulb and home depot carries so many it was hard to distinguish. Your staff member walking by was a big help.

I've been going to Home Depot now for 23 years, after I was widowed at age 40. I have relied on its associates for so much information and assistance and am now on a first-name basis with many of them and even count a couple of them as good friends (Hi Sergei and Paul!) I have learned a lot from them over the years, and had a few good laughs as well. The weeknights and weekends don't have as many associates as weekdays, and lumber is particularly empty. So I try to go during the weekday. I much prefer Home Depot to its main competitor for this very reason: the floor associates. Also, I can always rely on the prices being competitive.

No complains. The store department at Paints and electrical were a huge help. Very polite and friendly experience.

ONE EMPLOYEE DIDN'T WANT TO HELP. A SECOND KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND HELPED US - CARED ENOUGH TO EARN HIS PAY.

I was having a problem finding a nice 18" bathroom vanity. Debra gave me outstanding customer service and helped me select an awesome vanity, faucet and accessories. Paul Z. assisted and I had a wonderful experience from Debra all the way to the young man who helped me put it in my car.

I was extremely with the associates that helped to make my experience a happy one. In the appliance department Cindy was helpful

I ordered windows at store in June and paid for them. I was told I would be notified when they were in. Several weeks later I call and they tell me I already received the windows. Then they said order was cancelled. So I had to go in again re-order the windows. When picking up windows, associate brings me two. I had him go back because I ordered five. He did find them and he did help me put them on my trailer. All in all I like the store. Just a lot of times things like this happen and it frustrates me.

the store is organized in a fashion that makes sense to a shopper - each associate that we saw, smiled said hello and asked if we needed assistance. they were genuine when they asked (or at least appeared to be!). It made the shopping experience very pleasant.

Clean store readily available products and associates

I am working on rehabbing a house (again). But I have a day job, so I don't always get to a builder supplier in the morning. I know that when I need building supplies at night (after my day work until 9:00pm) I can run to Home Depot and get what I need to keep moving on a job. I find what I need here, when I need it, and the store associates are usually very helpful. I've been coming to this store for over two decades and it has never let me down.

the store was well-stocked and I was able to buy the item I needed with the help of a friendly and knowledgeable store associate. I always feel well taken care of at Home Depot!

This store has very helpful and nice staff members.

We love going to Home Depot as a couple because we always find things we both like in addition to what our original purpose. Not knowing anything about plumbing the assistant was extremely helpful and put us on the right path for repairs. He made it was easy for us to do the project ourselves. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Nothing is a problem and the suggestions are always good but not pushy.

I had a return of an item I bought some time ago that failed within the warranty period. I had no expectation that I could get an exchange or refund, but it was worth a try since I was shopping in the store for other items. Even though HomeDepot no longer carries this item, Elaine of Customer Service took back the failed item, walked me to the right shelf and found a replacement for me, and handled the exchange as fast as possible. She is pleasant and helpful beyond what I am used to finding in retail stores, and knows her merchandise too.

The store is alway's clean. The people are alway's nice i have not seen Mrs. Dorthea Or mr. Johnathan. i do compare when i shop.

I needed to return a hot water heater that no longer worked and was under warranty. I loaded the hot water heater on a cart in the parking lot and an associate, Erika, who was reporting for work took the cart from me and wheeled it to the returns register. She then got John to assist us in returning the defective hot water heater and getting us a new one. Once the transaction was finished, Erika then called for an associate to assist me in loading the hot water heater in the truck. You really need more people with the customer service ethics of Erika and John. Thanks to them, this was an effortless, pleasant experience.

Although I was not happy that the item I ordered and paid for did not arrive in the store as promised. Misty at the CS Desk was very pleasant and tried to assist me. She found one of the 3 items for me. Not happy with store but was very happy with Misty.

We were trying to figure out if we should buy a KitchenAid or Weber grill. Donald was very patient with us and shared his knowledge of both in comparison to the Kenmore grill we had and were unhappy with. We bought the KitchenAid. It wound up having a cosmetic issue that could not be fixed and we had to return it. John Clark was extremely helpful and accommodating with our return. He really went above and beyond to get a new grill to us! We really appreciate it! The grill is perfect and works great!! We are so happy and thankful to both John and Donald! Home Depot is very fortunate to have you as employees!

This is by far the best Home Depot ... beats the others hands down for overall friendliness and cleanliness.

This store has been great! Helpful and knowledgeable associates are available to help out with your projects. I just bought a home in Mount Laurel and have had a lot to accomplish before moving in. Having HD as a resource close by has been great!
