just 15 months after HD installed my countertops the inner corners started to crack. since the installation was only for one year, they offered no assistance in help with repairs. for years i was a shareholder and loyal customer.

Home Depot is our favorite home improvement store! It is usually pretty easy to find what we are needing, of course, we have shopped this store for years. But if we can’t, someone is always quick to see our need and help.Store is always clean & organized. Our last big purchase was just what we were looking for… more room in our bathroom (all items in pic from Home Depot)

The Home Depot volunteers helping to get the Michigan Vietnam Memorial ready for the year were outstanding! They take time on their day off donating their time to complete the work and for Home Depot providing the plants and other items for the project! Al Schroeder(store manager)and Jeff Sarkowski are great to work with!

Employees working cash registers very rude and not friendly

Went to four stores, without getting what I needed or good service. Didn't think HD would have what I needed. They did, along with the cashier's and employees to make it a positive experience. Thank you!

Great store nice employees

I have had employees go way out of their way to find items for me. They are experienced and easy to find and approach. Everyone is friendly and the store is well managed.

Very sad to find out your me employees are coming out your women’s bathroom and the general manager cannot do nothing about this Mount Pleasant, Michigan. What are what is wrong with Home Depot you have balls going in the men’s bathroom you have no balls going in the women’s bathrooms, simple and I knew I could add photos of this. I took a picture

Purchased caulk that leaked out the back and was told they could not issue a refund because I didnt notice it was leaking sooner and stop using it at that point. As if I want to drive 25 minutes back into town in the middle of a project.

When an ice storm in Michigan brought down our 60' tall by 180' wide (limbs) tree in February, it crushed our SUV, and damaged our house and 2 out buildings. I called to get an electric chainsaw and the great staff drove 9 miles out to us to deliver the chainsaw and accessories because we are elderly and had no transportation. The young lady that took our order over the phone and the assistant manager that delivered items were a real blessing to us. I wish I could remember their names to include here but God knows and He will bless them AND your great company for their kindness.

Unit had corner and wall damage, box looked ok, maybe from being shipped from China

Bought 2 doors found out after returning home I mis measured one called to inquire about the correct size only to be told by person answering the phone that he didn't have time to answer questions... I guess just give them your money don't ask questions...

Had an issue with a product I called that company. They were not helpful did not stand behind their product. Keith the assistant manager made me feel like I was special. Anything that I need that they handle there that's where I will go.

Over the past two years, since I moved to mid-Michigan, Home Depot has been my go to supplier. I bought a three ceiling fans for our new home, and had to go back to HD because a part was missing from one of the fans. The person that I spoke to at the return desk had someone get me the part, even though they had open the last fan of that type to get the part for me. That was above and beyond what I expected. It's that willingness to satisfy the customer that keeps me going back to Home Depot. I use to patronize the Home Depot in Howell, MI. Now I shop at the Mt. Pleasant MI store and the inventory and staff are just as good at both.

I had many questions regarding the Cub Cadet riding mower that I was looking at, and the answers just kept flying! I liked the free delivery on the rider the best!
