The store is always clean and well stocked. The employees know exactly where everything is and are knowledgeable in their departments. I am always greeted by friendly workers. Great customer service.

Home Depot is a great store and we can normally find everything we need there. If we don't see it we can find an associate that will help us and they have all been friendly. We very rarely go anywhere else.

I was really impressed with the organization and attention to the customer for the Mount Pleasant store. I have been a regular at Menards but I plan to do more of my hardware shopping at Home Depot in the future. The plants in the garden center are well tended and the employees are always great about answering my questions. There is often a wait at the main checkout because they often have to handle lengthy phone orders as well as the in store customers but they are good about letting you know why you are waiting and giving you options for checking out at other locations within the store.

They have outstanding employees working for them....my whole shopping experience was wonderful, and found everything I needed....Delivery was also exceptional

I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Mt.Pleasant,MI Home Depot. I was shopping for appliance during the 4th of July sale. I did purchase many appliance during my visit. My sales person was so helpful ! I am looking forward to delivery !! Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful !

Well run store. Alan (Assistant Mgr) is outstanding. Both Jamie and Mark in Garden are terrific. Erma at the register is top notch. And this is in a town that has a reputation for being very cold and un friendly

Needing paint, and having several questions, Debbie at the Paint Counter, came through with Golden Rule Service.

I bought a John Deere lawn tractor here that was on sale and included a cart with the purchase. The employee told me that the sale was last week when it clearly was still ongoing. I pointed this out in the ad sitting on the counter. I was told that I was "still out of luck" because they were out of the carts and this was a "while supplies last " promotion. The employee then pointed at the fine print on the ad , even thought there was no such statement on the ad there or online. I was also told that the tractor had a "PDI" done which included an oil change, battery install, and had been started to insure it was working properly. Why do you need to " Change the oil" in a new tractor ? When I got home , the battery was dead and it would not start until I charged it. There was no gas in it at all, the fuel tank did not even smell of gas, so how had it been started to insure it was working properly? The key was sealed in a bag with the owners manual , so how had it been started? When I contacted customer service they said "Thanks for telling about the issues" and that was it. There was not attempt to resolve this. This is the second have of this story, I had a similar experience at a different location. They sent me to this location for my purchase because of it, which cost me another 100 miles driving to get it.

We purchased several bags of mulch, top soil, and flowers. When a store manager seen that all of the items would not fit in the bed of our truck he offered to load the items in his personal vehicle and follow us home. We insisted that we could not ask that from him because his shift was over and we lived 30 miles away. He followed through on the offer and personally helped deliver our large purchase to our home 30 miles away with his personal vehicle after his shift was over.

As a Veterans trying to help Veterans in housing projects "From Homeless to Home Ownership" if was nice to get some help from a store associate, because as a Veteran we so often just push through the pain of a broken back , broken L Hip, and Stage 4 Colon Cancer and get it done. It actually gave me hope that someone still cares out here for Veterans. Thank you Home Depot!

This store has improved over t he years we have been using it. Since they have competition now it's getting better. Selection of items pretty good and different is some respects to its competitor. Still not too impressed with the selection of wood products.
