Matthew in the garden department is very nice and helpful! Home Depot in Mt Pleasant is always hard to get on the phone, I finally got Matthew and met him the next day, resulting in a garden department purchase of over $600-give him a raise!!! Everyone was helpful and nice. I love this Home Depot 💕💕💕💕

I've been shopping her for a while now and go at least once a week. The selection of goods is excellent and the staff is very friendly, always available and they actually help! Good Job Guys!!

This location has beligerent staff who were more interested in standing around with their fellow staff than helping a client locate certain products. Additionally, the staff kept interfering me and my service dog.

I brought a blanket to put on the top of my car so it wouldn’t scratch my roof. I should have brought a blanket to wrap my entire car. I bought a fairly small tree 6ft. Paid $90. They wrapped the tree. The guy, who was new scratched the side of my car, windows and panels between the windows. I was then told “sorry, nothing we can do about that though”. What a horrible experience. Beware!

Great store we always find what we need

Way too many displays to sell things cutting me off from rolling around my material cart. Very narrow isles.

I ordered a discount item online. While shopping for it online at no point did I see anything indicating that it was a display item rather than a new item. The product I was given was a display item. It was quite dusty and slightly dinged.

Nothing i ws looking for. Waste of my time

I was prepping my house for painting, I needed to power wash my house. But I hurt my ankle so standing on the ladder wasn’t an option. I saw that the Home Depot had one of the Ryobi‘s 18 foot extension rods for the power washer. I looked in the store and I could not find it anywhere. I spoke to JP, and he said there was indeed one and he enlisted Neville to help me find it. Somehow Neville was able to locate one on the tippy top shelf. Then JP told me he would call me to let me know when the product was down and I can come back. I was amazed at these two employees tenacity and desire to help me. They save the day and I was able to power wash my house so that I can paint it this week.

Leila and the pro desk team managed by Tom provide superior service. They made a complete house renovation an actual pleasure. Quick, competent and reliable. Kudos!! Well done!!

I am thankful for the employees at Hawthorne Home Depot who are knowledgeable and willing to cheerfully help. Today I received help from a cashier to direct me to correct aile, employee in paint who helped me solve my glue dilema and another in grill department to choose correct cooking tools. The Hawthorne Home Depot is truly exceptional!

I really love shopping here because the store is super clean and the people are really nice

On a hot day choosing plants for our garden my husband and I were serenaded at checkout by one of the most delightful store employees I've ever met! If you go to this Home Depot hopefully Paul will be there, he sings as he rings.

This Home Depot has what you need for home improvement. It is always full and getting help can be a bit difficult at times. I would suggest you get their early or go during weekdays. Weekends are impossible.

I was having a difficult time getting information regarding my order status. Initial visit to this facility was 3/30/24. Today I met with Aaron in doors and the manager Aaron who both were very professional and provided the best customer service.

I liked the customer service. I got help from Brenda and was able to find what I needed. She was very patient and remained calm throughout the entire process. there was an online error and she made sure that the error was fixed so I could have received my discount. I appreciate the kindness of its employees.

Came here to return an item. When we accidentally stood in the wrong area for the returns line after walking in (we stood under the Returns sign), we were barked at by the returns associate, Hingris, about how the line doesn’t start with us and to go find the back of the line. No reason to be rude and sarcastic. She didn’t even tell us where the back of the line started - it starts before you enter the store gates. Would no recommend, and this Home Depot should better train its staff in proper customer service

This is the best Home Depot to visit! The neat, large selection of appliances made our purchase possible.

Doing a total renovation and shop for appliances at the store. Select my appliance and schedule delivery for specific date 2 weeks later. Day of delivery, driver shows up, opens truck, range NOT in truck. Driver says they forgot to load it and driver will go to warehouse to pick and return. Get text hours later to reschedule as I was not there for delivery and no delivery could be made. Called store and spoke to appliance dept who told me they can’t help me. Their responsibility ends with the sale and I have to take it up with the delivery company. Totally dismissed me. Asked to speak to manager and “transferred” only to be denied disconnected. Tried calling back and transferred to a number that just rang. After hours of calling the HD # customer service # and delivery company. Allegations then made that the delivery was made but I refused the appliance because it was damaged. Not true. It was finally discovered the stove arrived at the warehouse damaged, they asked for a replacement but did not contact myself or the driver that the stove wasn’t being delivered. It would at least a week for another stove to arrive at Waterhouse. Home Depot pleasantville store dismiss the situation. Before making a large purchase here, really consider if it’s worth it to have support end there. There was no offer to help, there was no offer to intercede. No offer to get another stove in stock to me. Nothing other than “it’s not our problem. We only sell the appliances” Disgraceful. Give your hard earned money to a business that will support from purchase to delivery in your home.

Excellent service, kind and helpful employees. Extremely satisfied with my visit.
