Bought this shower hose and head to replace one in my teenagers bathroom.

I don't have a video but it's one of my favorite places to shop. It is my go to shop for all of my handy man needs. I have shopped at Home Depot for over 20 years. I shop on line as well always something new to look at for my hand man projects. Customer service is very good, associates are always friendly and courteous for the most part, they reply can I help you with anything or did you find everything that you are looking for. So I can say it is my go to shop far a man. It's like Christmas everytime I go to Home Depot. The only thing I noticed this past week at to different locations that I visited was the foot traffic was down. I saw more employees than I did customers. I could count the customers with both hands . The store was practically empty with customers. That was the first location and the second location was a little bit better but still not a whole lot of customers. I really hate to say this I am a loyal customer at Home Depot. But between the tarrifs and the DEI situation it has really brought traffic almost to a crowl. It's unfortunate but that all of this is happening at the same time. But if you really want to know from my point of view. If Home Depot want there customers base back . There is going to have to be some changes made at the Corporate level. If not Home Depot will definitely feel the pain from dissatisfied customers over there DEI polices. People will find Mom and Pop shop do do business if no changes are made and know apology to the what was your loyal customer base. I try to over look about the policy that Home Depot has chosen to do. But no matter what's happening with the power that be at the Top that's making decisions on the Cooperate level about DEI. I will always shop at Home Depot. But to loose Millions of Dollars on a daily basis it just doesn't make good since from a business prospective. I drive around and I can see other stores with big names customer fan base has fallen tremendously parking lots empty and foot traffic fallen as well. I don't know how long all of this will carry on. The only thing that I can say is the numbers and the stock market don't lie. At the end of the day it's not a good situation for America right now. I Love my country it's one of the best countries to live in the world. But the uncertainty with all that's going on you have to sit back and as yourself what happened. It's sent sock waves through people lives. But I pray that things will get better for all people especially the ones that are struggling trying to make ends meet. I am a Military veteran that served my country with 2 overseas tours with honors. I love the fact that Home Depot do honor the veterans that shop at there stores. I do see and I really appreciate that but over all it's a very good place to shop. I would highly recommend anyone to shop at Home Depot stores. Sincerely Big Tx shopper.

They usually have what you want , but don’t offer to help you find what you need!!

People at the store are always friendly and helpful.

Ordered flooring and install services for my home. Communicated properly with store employees as well as the contractor to install my floors and they still came out to install and cost me 900 plus in extras or they would not install. Even though we requested help and inspections to ensure the extra cost would not occur. The store manager treated us like we were the problem even though we followed their rules!! Avoid home services at this location and the store manager he has a serious ego trip. Thinks apparently that every home owner is just a idiot. Lol he did not realize he was talking to a professional in the industry.

I had a pick up order and a self checkout purchase. Both went well. And, a nice young man brought my lumber order out and loaded it for me

I have bought several things at this store and I like the way it is set up. It is bright and clean.

Whether You've never tried Home Depot, or have in the past; IMO You will like the shopping visit! They actually have Employees available to help if You need them, Unlike other stores! Home Depot also has well stocked shelves, with comparably priced items!

Went to buy Equipment and paint to put at Gable Ends so Squirrels can't Gnawl their lil rodent body into my attic. They migyt turn it into a Flying Squirrel Training and Flight School Academy. HD had all equipment. The Girl Team Member at Check out Self Service was great..She is an assett for Home Depot. Thank Merry Chrismas. Charles

The staff at this Home Depot are very courteous. It’s easy to find someone to help. Not so much at the other home improvement store down the road.

Ordered $2000+ fixtures and materials for my bathroom remodel. Store team loaded my trailer so I didn't notice drywall corners were broken and boxes of tile had top tile chipped from being mishandled. It's an 80+ mile round-trip to the store which I will have to do 3 more times to pick up items not in stock. Don't get the option to wait until the rest of the items arrive. Whenever the next item arrives, I get 7 days to get there and pick it up or it gets returned according to the customer service manager.

The Pro team were the best/ your system kept acting up and the ladies with the assistance of a manager worked on getting me the assistance in a timely, professional manner- Wayne

This isn't really the store to visit do to getting help is like pulling teeth here. Many times I've had to shout across the store for help. I don't like having to ask for help when the employees are avoiding you like you have something on you. You have over a 1000.00 that you paid for and have to ask them to help you out who does that. When I was almost finish loading then they came out and asked if I need help. I said yes take it all off I am returning everything, is what you can do for me know.

There are three Home Depot’s I shop at. They are Texarkana, Tx, Paris, Tx, as well as Mt. Pleasant, Tx. By far Mt. Pleasant has the best customer service and friendliest staff!!

Shooing for items to update/repair things around the house and was assisted by helpful employees found everything I o!

Every time I have visited this store I was always treated with excellent service.

Omar, store manager, helped me with a return/replacement of a mower that was shipped to me from an online order that was damaged. He helped me through the whole process. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I went to this store because of bad experience with 2 other locations closer to me. They had what I needed, plus I got a fantastic discount on it that I was not expecting. Great staff, very helpful.

Don went out of his way to obtain a shower frame needed to complete a total replacement of a shower door. The frame was the only part of 3 that I needed in order to complete the job before grandkids came for the week. The part was found in Paris, TX. and I don't know how Don got it done, but it was in the Mt. Pleasant store the next morning. Kudos to Don for helping me get the job finished in time.

I found some great laundry detergent and fabric softener that I could only find at Home Depot and it works great on all my clothes . And I also buy all my hardware needs at this store .
