Clean store, easy spacious layout, some prices good some not so good, and some down right outrageous. Staff is split as well, some good some not so good. It is very hard to find help without having to walk up to the front of store, and then some employees are not even helpful then because they are not knowledgeable of the inventory. Overall all a good store, but there is much room for improvement.

It is a good store. To hard to get out of parking lot if you are going north back in to town.

Great store! Great selection! I found seed packets for my spring flower garden at a price that beats that big discount chain! I'm so happy!

I got a good bargain on an Asiatic Lily. I can't wait to see it bloom!

Needed some cleaning products for the house and a can of spray paint. Ask for directions to spray paint and got them immediately. My wife got the cleaning products and picked up a plant on the way out. Trip took about 5 minutes. We were in a hurry!

I quickly found the lawn care products I wanted. The shelves were clearly arranged and carefully marked with correct prices. The cashier made me feel glad I shopped at Home Depot. This store is tops in value, efficiency and friendliness!

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot, They always have a variety of products we need for our household projects and then some. Every time we need assistance they are always very helpfull. I shop at the Home Depot in Mt Pleasant Texas and Longview Texas and both stores are really neat and clean and the associates are very kind and helpful, also knowlegable of projects you might be working on

Very nice store but I was dissapointed in the availability of parts...belts and blades for mowers...y'all should stock more parts for the mowers you sell. I had to go to other stores to get what I needed

I LOVE THIS STORE AND THE ASSOCIATES ARE ALWAYS SO HELPFUL. EVERYONE IS EAGER TO HELP YOU AND VERY FRIENDLY IF NO HELP IS NEEDED. THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. LAWN AND GARDEN COULD USE SOME HELP. IT WAS HARD TO FIND THE PLANTS NEEDED FOR GARDEN. BUT OVERALL I ENJOY MY VISITS TO THIS STORE.

On 3/18/12 I went to the Homedepot store located in Mt. Pleasant, TX. I purchased a lot of items and was wondering how I was going to load them in my vehicle. Store Associates right away approached me and asked if I needed help to load the items and I said yes. The items were loaded right away. I felt appreciated

Used to be referred to "expertise" on simple things I need to know. Recent service has been synergized ...staff are more knowledgeable about almost everything in general.

I have been building my own house since October and I have nearly completed construction. I live in Upshur County in Midway, and have made dozens of trips to your store for supplies. Virtually every part of my house was built by my hands with your products. I always look forward to coming to your store for more supplies, because I know that someone there will always make me smile, laugh, or teach me something. I have only met 1 cashier who was less than friendly, and have not seen her in a while. Your associates are so friendly and fun, it is almost like visiting friends. Thank You for your help over the last months. And if I had to spend tens of thousands of dollars, at least I felt like I gave it to people I knew!

This store has the friendliest associates, most helpful floor associates, cashiers, and even management. As a previous Wal-Mart Store Manager, for "Store of the Year" for the company 2 years in a row, I think I know talent. I have lived all over the country traveling for WM, and can tell you that this store is the best of ALL big box stores....hands down!
