I found everything I needed and more I love this store

Dealt with Ashley at the Home Depot in Mountain Home, AR over the phone. She was great. Very knowledgeable and funny. We had a great experience placing our order with her for a new washer and dryer.

Purchased LG Refrigerator and so pleased. Went back today and purchased LG Dishwasher, LG Microwave and LG Electric Stove with Air Fryer. Cant wait to get my new appliances! Go see Pam Denton, Appliance Specialist, she is the Best!

The product that I ran thru the self check out was priced differently then the display case. Customer Service rep. acted in appropriately about the situation and virtually did not help me. I was treated so bad, I will not return.

GOOD STORE BUT A LONG WAY FROM HOME

She got the proper people involved to help me acquire some materials that I desperately needed at our house (flooding/erosion from the rains we'd gotten on a "new construction" area).

This store is kept clean and organized. The staff is always ready to help. This is my 1st stop for a home improvement store.

This is our favorite store! Love the older workers they are very helpful and kind.

the things i bought were good it is the people at this store they were lazy and unhelpful there were three i encountered that were good

I bought a pond pump that was exactly right for the size of my pond.

I needed a new door lock and the staff was able to get me a replacement that match or fit my door.

store across road only been in once got a cread card used it one time to buy a mailbox thats was it same day i got rid of thatcard did not like that store at all.

Although I was late this year to purchase Christmas decorations, the store had enough to allow me to find what I needed to decorate inside and outside of my home. Thank you so much, Home Depot.

The Mountain Home store for HOME DEPOST is my first stop when shopping for home improvement items. Why? The folks there give the best most friendly service I can expect.

Store employees are knowledgeable, helpful and are always there ready to assist you and answer questions. We like this store better than any other in our area in this category. Good hometown shopping experience. Clean and well stocked.

I drove from West Plains to Mt Home Home Depot and got there 20 minutes before closing. They jumped in, and, in a super friendly way, helped me find everything I wanted and needed. Great team. Out in 20 minutes! Cannot say enough good about James, Manager, Whitney, and Sarah. I know I'm leaving some out, they were all great. The young man stocking safes was super kind and helpful. I wish I remembered his name. Great team!

Store was clean, but stock in several areas seemed depleted, or cut back. Example, I bought a Cub Cadet lawn tractor in 2017, yet standard items life filters, spark plugs, and fuel filters, you do not carry. I would ask why. Selection in nursery and gardening was restricted. Employee knowledge was limited or non existent for when new stock would be in.

Associates are knowledgeable, friendly. Competitive pricing and will go out of their way to make sure they are competitive.
