Solid customer service. I've been assisted several times at this store, which I have to say is refreshing. Tracking down an employee for a question in the original Mt. Pleasant Lowes can be … challenging. I actually had a self checkout employee volunteer to assist me, rather than just stand around and watch. I was very grateful for the help.

Delighted with the location of this store, 3 miles from home and the store is well stocked. Employees are most helpful.

Store was neat and clean. The self checkout lady was extremely kind. Her name was Joyce and she did all she could do to help me. She was very so nice I left smiling!

Store is clean, aisles are clear and unencumbered. Items are in stock. Prices are as shown on the website. Associates are friendly and helpful. Checkout has been no wait so far. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

Best big box store I have shopped in! Employees who are knowledgable, who want to help, who make sure you get what you need and they're very friendly to boot. This store is well stocked, neat, clean, efficient and very well run!

This is the best Home Depot that I have ever been to. If you haven't been here, you need to go visit. Love the store and the employees are the best I've ever worked with.

I called the store first to make sure the item I was looking to purchase was in stock. (I had called the Summerville SC store 3 times trying 3 different departments just to talk to a person but no one answered). An Associate at the Mount Pleasant store answered immediately and got me to the associate in the department I needed. He answered all my questions, gave me additional info I needed to know about the project and confirmed the item I wanted was in stock. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The next day when I went to pick it up, all the associates were friendly and made sure I was satisfied as a customer including the 2 associates who loaded my car. Plus the store is beautiful. The manager was great to talk to. Overall an excellent experience. A role model store for other Home Depots!

The HomeDepot located on Route 17 in Mt Pleasant is an asset to homeowners . Since they have opened I am experience an improvement in other competitors in the area regarding service. The store is immaculate well stocked and personnel is friendly and willing to help.

I was looking for an item in the Garden Section of the store. They were in the process of stacking pallets in the middle of the aisle and I had a hard time finding the item I was looking for.

This was my first visit. The service was exceptional. The store was clean and organized. I was pretty “high maintenance,” requiring a lookup for stock and a “hunt down” in receiving. The item was found! My project day was saved! Every employee encountered offered assistance in a very genuine manner. I am impressed and will be back!

The Mt. Pleasant Home Depot has excellent customer service, a convenient layout, bright inside and enjoyable to shop in without being overwhelming.

The one of the product I needed wasn't in stock. The associate that helped me was friendly and helpful.

After many years, Home Depot is a welcome business to our community. Although fairly new, the store was very clean, well stocked, very organized and certainly not too many associates, but enough to insure that you can find help if needed.

If you need help- ask, and it will be given. If you have a home project, I have found that the PRO desk at HOME DEPOT, here in Mount Pleasant, is the best place to go for your leads and your sources. They get you speedy response from contractors who are very able to do the jobs listed, and are consistent in providing the best service in the area.

A fantastic shopping experience. I know the whereabouts of most items I looked for, but the others I found with the help of the associates.I have always found the store to be clean with large shopping aisle, particularly in the lumber department.

The store had the products I needed and was well organized.

Would recommend this store, but to steer clear of the paint counter. Every single other employee that we've encountered here is friendly and efficient, but we do not receive that same treatment at the paint counter. The usual girl who is there takes way too long, spends too much time joking with coworkers, etc. There was one person receiving assistance ahead of me, and it took me almost 45 minutes total to get two quarts of paint. Cashiers and everyone else are great. Store is very clean and nicely laid out. Paint counter needs a major overhaul. We frequent this Home Depot between 1 and 4 times a week and consistently have frustrating experiences with this employee.

Clean, well-stocked and friendly!

The attention to detail regarding storm water run-off and subsequent storm water capture system (roof drainage) is very impressive in this building. This should be a standard for all new construction. I, for one, like to do business with companies that have the health of our environment as a priority. There should be more information regarding the reclamation system at the entry at stores with these systems in place.
