Would just like to say that everyone was polite and helpful especially my checkout women her name is Amy never really used self checkout but she help me with great joy

Manager on duty this weekend (Paul) was very rude and demeaning toward me because a sign was misrepresented and after several minutes of debating with him and other associates agreeing with me he finally tossed the item at me and said you want good customer service take it for free and I walked out of there in tears!

This store is much nicer than the store closer to us. It is bigger and cleaner and laid out better.

This is our regular go-to Home Depot. We have purchased everything from major appliances to light bulbs. My experience on January 17 was a bit unusual, as the power was out in the whole area due to an auto accident. When I arrived in the dark parking lot there was a group of employees in the entryway holding flashlights! They told me the store was open, operating under emergency lighting. Holly attached herself to me, led me to the isle to get the supplies I needed, took me through checkout, and then walked me out to my car in the dark parking lot. It was a great and unusual kind of visit to one of my favorite stores, and gave me a good story to pass along. Thanks, Holly!

this store is very nice with great people that know their stuff. its nice to go to a store where you can ask a question and get the right answer the first time. what else is amazing is they have the products to fix it in stock. I've gone there late for sale items a number of times and there is plenty to go around. its just a nice all around store. when I did have a problem with a sub contractor of there's they stepped in and worked it out quickly. a big thanks to customer service

I started a new hobby, woodworking. I didn't have any tools or knowledge of the tools I needed. Dennis, one of the stores employees was fantastic in helping me with what I needed. He didn't make me feel like a stupid girl, he answered my questions and provided me with great information and ideas. Nicest guy, whenever, I have a question about something I seek him out.

I deal directly with the pro desk and only Deb Wagner. She is beyond a pleasure to deal with and is also extremely knowledgeable.

The store is always neat & clean with a good supply of advertised items. You never have to look for help because there is always someone nearby to assist you in any of the departments. This is one thing that many other stores lack. You can never find anyone to help you, but that is not the case at our Home Depot in Mukwonago, Wi. It is such a friendly place to shop. Deb Wegner is No.1 back in contracting dept.

The Mukwonago Home Depot consistently provides the best customer service all around. The people are extremely helpful and friendly. My husband and I shop at only this Home Depot for this reason only.

I'm almost a "weekly" shopper and I'm impressed by the employees' friendliness and helpfulness compared to other H/D's and "Big Box" stores I've visited.

Your lumber is starting to get as bad as Menards,Have to look thru the pile for good boards.Also you sell cheap storm doors with the Anderson name but are made by a Company named Enco,had them installed and he had to come back twice.

The check out area should be bigger and the products should be higher off the floor for senior citizens.
