I was building a deck and finding the correct sizes was a chore. Carl stepped up and made selecting the wood easier. A lady at the register was great as well but unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I will next time I go!! Thanks folks at HD!

I purchased a GE frost free freezer and am happy as can be! It almost didn’t happen because the freezer had gone off sale and I was prepared to leave without buying. But, Laura, suggested she try to get an approval on meeting the prior sale price from the day before and it was approved. I was so happy and thankful she was knowledgeable and caring to try for me. The freezer is beautiful and has so many nice features! The glass shelves and drawers space is fantastic! I love the outside temperature control and the alert when the door has been open. It is a perfect addition as I enjoy gardening and it is filling up quickly. Thank you Home Depot! You made me a happy gal!

I routinely shop at this store and find the shelves organized, the selection good and the store clean. The staff is happy, smiling and act as if they are genuinely happy to be there and have me shopping in the store. I find their positive attitude to be a rare find these days and it leaves me glad I went. That is a rare find in my shopping experiences these days.

This is one of the best Home Depot stores I have shopped in. Employees seem more motivated and helpful. Maybe is that there is a competitor right down the street that helps. I noticed that the prices match to the penny on many items. The advantage this store has is they will rip plywood for you. I don't have a truck so this is necessary for me and the reason I prefer Home Depot. At other stores, the saw would be out of service or there was no one available. This store has been no problem so far.

The store has what I need, but is crowded with merchandise and is dimly lit.

I've not got my door installed yet

I purchased a new exterior door. I went to the PRO desk to check out and pay for my purchase. The gentleman there couldn't complete the sale and he took me to the customer service desk. There was a young lady there who couldn't care less about what was happening. Her blatant disdain towards me is totally unacceptable. There is a BLUE store less than a mile from this Murfreesboro store. Rest assured, I will NOT shop at this store ever again.

Don’t buy appliances and definitely don’t get the install package they will lie to you and leave with no appliances

Recently purchased carpet and hardwood flooring. Could not be more pleased with the customer service and support. Dealt with two very knowledgeable gentlemen, Dan & CJ. Both were extremely service oriented.

When my wife and I tackle another DIY project we find it easy to come back to our local HD and find the materials we need. The friendly help within the various departments that we're in has always been good unless the saw is broken. I appreciate the ease of self check out and the returns department staff when needed.

I bought a top of the line Samsung refrigerator. This was on Dec. 6th. Was told the delivery date was Jan 3rd. We sold our old refrigerator to make room for the new one. The night of Jan 2nd at 8:45pm I received an e-mail that I was rescheduled till Jan 27. No call nothing. I did not see this e-mail until the next day. I took the day off work for this. I have called and even stopped into the store. All I am getting is that the refrigerator is on back order. It may be on back order at Home Depot but I can get one at other stores. If I had known the it would take this long I would have purchased one from another company. All that Home Depot has said they would do for me is supply a small mini refrigerator. I ordered a $4k refrigerator.

While I was shopping “DAVID” in the electrical outlet area asked me if I needed any assistance and indeed I did. DAVID was SO HELPFUL!!! While I was looking at the 1/2 inch electrical boxes, I asked him where the 20 amp gray outlets were and he asked how many I needed. I told him that I also needed gray plug covers. He got them and brought them to me and also 2- 10 foot 1/2 gray pvc!!! After all of this I realized that I needed another 20 amp plug with cover and her went and found them and brought them to me. DAVID was so kind and considerate and acted like he wanted to help me and HE DID!!! Please recognize him, he could have just kept walking by BUT DAVID DID NOT!!! THANK YOU DAVID!!!

Everything I've gotten from there I probably still have for years now and if something doesn't work out right the managers always get it done

I purcased a garden shed by Canopies by Parlam 6x8 model Skylight. It was easy to assemble and ir perfect for our needs.

The store didn't Have what I needed and it was implied I was a drug dealer when I tried to use my girlfriend's gift card without her photo ID. The employees had no interest in help with either issue.

Removed Home Depot store in Lebanon to build another Medcenter to add to the 95 already available. Lebanon Government is Sick, mentally Sick. Glad to live in County beyond Lebanon's reach. Lebanon Government are all Whiskey bootleggers,W byhore mongers,and Drug dealers.

I’ll give them excellent they did really really good job

the overall store is cleaner than my last visit a few months ago. not all items were in stock. prices seem higher than competitors. sales people helped after being asked. the orange shirts do not acknowledge customers.

Got the products that I needed without any issues. Could use a few more self checkout isles, especially on weekends.

Saw the team meeting being conducted before employees started work.Participation seemed to be automatic. Attitudes,, stocked shelves, precise displays and cleanliness of the store has definitely changed.

I like to go to this store on occasion because it’s larger than my regular store. I was looking for an item that must have been very popular because I have not been able to find it.
