I have always had a great experience at the Home Depot store located in Murfreesboro,TN. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The store is also organized and neat. The shelves are typically stocked with what you need or customer service will assist you with placing your order.

Always a good experience when going to the Home Depot off of Old Fort Parkway. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Have been to the paint desk multiples times in the past couple months and the associates are always super helpful.

Employees are very helpful

Great store - the location is difficult as there is way too much traffic in this area. There are several employees that are exceptional at this location. The store manager is very nice as well as I recently purchased a Milwaukee product that she recommended. Wish y'all would stay open all night. I am a general contractor and require service late into the evening.

I think it is wonderful that you have employees that will actually walk you to the product instead of just telling you the aisle number. I appreciate the assistance from your helpful staff!

We have always had wonderful service at Home Depot but one specific visit stands out. If you are in the market for appliances you need to go see Tommy at the Murfreesboro location. He went above & beyond to help us with our selection & purchase. He was also more knowledgeable than anyone I’ve ever dealt with when making any type of appliance purchase. He really is a superstar member of their team & if felt like working with a friend the entire time. All other trips there have been just as helpful, friendly & pleasant. I would highly recommend shopping here!

Doing a home renovation and wanted to stop and check possible options before making my final flooring decisions Home Depot flooring specialist (Keith) approached me and asked if I needed any assistance and the next thing I know he gave me more information and details then the place I was starting to commit to and left with a flooring purchase that I am happy and relaxed about one of the Best purchases I have ever made in a very intense world we live in

We love that they are pet-friendly! One of the few places we can take our fur covered family member!

I was in town from Ohio and unfamiliar with the store layout and the staff was quite eager and helpful to direct me around and the cashier was super friendly.

From the time we entered the store until completed check out the customer was excellent.

I purchased carpet from my Homedepot and Keith was my sales rep. He was fantastic he took his time did not rush me and helped with with every question I had. I have been here before and sometimes it is very hard to see even find a sales person.

All of my visits to the Home Depot in Murfreesboro, TN have been very pleasant. The employees have always been helpful to me in locating what I am looking for.

John at the service desk makes visiting this store worth it!! He is very knowledgeable and I could tell he really cares about the customers. I like going to a store where I feel connected to the employees and that they care. I got that for the Murfreesboro Home Depot store.

This is a nice store with plenty of parking. The people are happy to help if you can't find something. I forgot my HD card on this trip, but the friendly cashier found my information and made my purchase quick and easy. I found what I needed and saved some money, too!

I'm remodeling my bathroom and totally am out of my league! The associate in the bath/shower department was a tremendous help. Sorry I don't know his name (African American man). He walked me through what I told him I needed and showed me the high end products that I had seen in another store for three times the cost. He taught me how to read the information on the products to identify what I needed. I really appreciate the fact that he told me he could sell me the highest priced items in the store but that he'd rather sell me what I needed that was in line with my budget. He was great!

Each employee that I have talked with and each time I have needed help with something they has been very accommodating. Thanks for the high caliber of employee that you hire.

Employees always go out of their way to help you whether you buy the product or not.

Really nice store! The kids events are so well done.

I bought the last of the shelves I needed and went back a few days later to find them in stock again!
