Any time I need anything that Home Depot carries, even though there are stores closer to me, I would rather make the trip to Home Depot. I never have to search for staff to assist me, the employee's are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I always leave with the right product to complete the task. The prices are great and the welcome you receive upon entering the store always makes you feel welcome.

This store is better than the stores in Nashville I think. It's like if you are a regular customer they try to remember you, taking the extra effort to make you keep coming back. I like that attention. Thanks guys for making each visit unforgettable!!!!!!!!

Great customer service! Every time I go into this store, the employees are very helpful and friendly.

As a real estate investor & property manager for my rental houses, I do a lot of shopping at this Home Depot during house vacancies. When renters move out, I update houses, gut & remodel kitchens & bathrooms, replace flooring, paint, etc. Often, I come into the store (averaging 5-10 times/week, sometimes 3 times/day) with a list from my contractors of what to buy. The employees at Home Depot are EXTREMELY HELPFUL and SUPER FRIENDLY! I hesitate to mention names because EVERYONE who works there is so helpful, going above and beyond to make my shopping experience quick, easy, and pleasurable. I am afraid I may fail to mention someone, but I have to mention a few people as exemplary employees, including Ken in Plumbing, John at Customer Service, Judy at the Pro Desk, James in Doors, Ed in Electric, Steven in Hardware, Bill the Assistant Manager and Jeff the Store Manager. All these people and so many more I have not mentioned whose names escape me at the moment are very helpful and friendly. The store manager, Jeff, has helped me countless times over the years in many different departments and I did not even realize he was the store manager until this past week. I have seen Jeff do a lot of work at this Home Depot that many store managers typically delegate to others. In my opinion, Jeff shows great leadership in being quick to serve his customers and also quick to help his employees. He is a great role model. The folks who work at this Home Depot are incredible people! I have gotten to know them on a first name basis just from shopping at this store over the years. They always greet me with a smile when I walk in the door. They help me quickly find what I need (asking me if I need help or if I am finding everything I need before I even have a chance to ask them for help) & resolve whatever maintenance issue I have with my houses. They are very knowledgeable & they treat me as if I am one of their close family members or a dear friend. They don't just act like they care about their customers- they DO CARE about their customers and it shows! I often think how great it must be to work in such a positive environment as this Home Depot. The employees at this store are who and what makes it such a positive environment! One quick example of a recent experience I had: I had a contractor gut and remodel a bathroom, but the plumbing was done incorrectly and I was butting heads with the contractor over it. I went into the store at 10 minutes before closing time feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, frustrated & defeated (after working about 5 weeks of 15 hour days to get a house "Rent Ready"). I was literally in tears and sobbing. Ken in Plumbing, who is a very knowledgeable licensed plumber and a warm and compassionate human being, not only told me what I needed to buy, but he also comforted me in my distress & let me cry without being rude to me or dismissing me. He even let me call my contractor and spoke with him on my cell phone telling the contractor what needed to be done to correct the problem. After the phone call, Ken again warmly comforted me and told me it would all be okay and wished me well. Talk about customer service! WOW! Just WOW! Ken is awesome! Many of the employees whose names I do not recall at the moment are quick to help me load heavy stuff like 80 lb bags of cement or large and bulky plywood or heavy bags of potting soil and mulch etc. & they do it with a sincere smile. I am amazed at the level of customer service I receive every time I go into this store. I just cannot say enough good things about the people who work at this store, other than I LOVE going to this Home Depot! Thank you ALL for making it such a wonderful shopping experience! You guys really are THE BEST!

This store has very helpful employees. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Hannah (Banana) who is such a delight. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She is an excellent positive representation of the store.The store itself was clean and easy to navigate through.

I was looking for stain to repair an oak wooden floor in the kitchen. Associate in the paint dept,female, suggested a certain type of finishing and stain covering and after I located the product she double checked to make sure I had the correct product,. She was so helpflu I could have spent the rest of the day in HomeDepot. A great experience that you don.t receive on Amazon.Store could have been used as a medicial facility it was so clean and well organized.Great job management. : )

Murfreesboro Home Depot is the best place to buy building supplies, and an assortment of other household items. They are always customer friendly, and willing to do what it takes to keep the customer first! Shop Home Depot first and you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I shop this store all the time. Employees are so friendly. They always go above and beyond. Big shout out to Ken in plumbing who helped us today. Once we explained and showed him pictures of our problem he knew exactly what we needed. Ken explained how to fix our problem and wrote on the product so we didn't forget. Thanks Ken.
