I went to home depot looking for ideas on how to trim the bottom of a wooden gate that was scraping the ground every time I opened it. I thought I would have to take the gate down to do this project but the knowledgeable employee suggested to me a tool that would do the trick due to I am a older person and would not have been able to take the gate down myself to fix this issue and to my amazement, it worked!! I now can open my gate without any effort and it looks like a professional did it. It's refreshing to go to a store and have employees who know their stuff!!

Very glad this Home Depot is nearby. It’s fun to shop here. The garden section is a joy to stroll around. I always buy something there that wasn’t on the list. The rest of the store has lots of great items in stock.

I purchased a washer and dryer at Home Depot. We had a house fire and lost all of our appliances. I returned to purchase same washer and dryer as I had a great experience the first time and ended up buying all of my kitchen appliances too! Would recommend Home Depot!

Don't buy paint at this store unless Andrew is working the paint department.

Lots of help where it counts…for a ‘handy lady’ job. Got direction and suggestions from the ‘handy lady’ in the ‘Doors’ dept. Don’t know her name, but she knows her stuff!

if you need help with purchasing a door and getting it installed ask for Adrienne Justice! She was so helpful. Very friendly and professional. She corrected an error and I am very thankful. She called a door company and is helping get the parts for a repair on an old door purchased 10 years ago.

Full story, purchased door handles and came across some markdown deals so I purchased them, got to checkout line was very long and not moving so I moved to self checkout, scanned what I could and needed assistance with one tool, no sku# on it, the self checkout person "patty" said go get it and points to the lumber department, I asked her to call because it's all the way at the back of the store, she would not call them, said they never answer, then with a face on she said do you want me to look it up, yes, " what's it called? " a brick pointer, I don't see it,! And walked away!! Thank goodness a plumbing guy saw what was happening and came over to ask if I needed help? Yes thank you, he asked her if she called and she said they don't answer, I said you didn't call!? And she said with total attitude " that's right I didn't! And walked away again but didn't back out of her screen on self checkout so I'm standing there with customers behind me waiting also, plumbing guy comes back with sku# for me, and I thank him, thank you once again Steven I for one appreciated your customer service it's great, and the cashier ran back to the management office and spoke with gretchen, don't know what happened there? Paid for my purchase and left, this store needs some serious customer service training and or send management to different stores if this type of behavior is permitted with them at the helm

My biggest pet peeve is the Cashiers do not let you input email for receipts they just quickly process your transaction and do not ask or give you time to send the email

Forced to use SELF CHECK OUT with my purchase since there were NO CASHIERS at all, area closed off. SELF Check associate was EXTREMELY RUDE, IMPATIENT and clearly did not know what SHE was doing. NEVER had a HOME DEPOT employee talk to me in such a way before. Very sad since I frequent this store weekly.
