On our visit yesterday at least 5 employees greeted my wife and I while shopping. I even commented to my wife how friendly everyone was. As a former multi unit manager I know how hard it is to get everyone on board, kudos to management team here. Your employees are getting the message and talking the talk. Great job!

We are adding a gazebo and expanding our backyard landscaping so I've visited home depot plant and landscape areas frequently in the past several weeks. Usually in the am but sometimes in the afternoon when it's super busy. All times the outdoor staff have been kind and helpful and doing everything they can to keep customers flowing and checking out efficiently. While they may not think anyone notices, I just wanted to take the time to say that they are all doing a great job and I very much appreciate all of them.

The Myrtle Beach Home Depot is a very good establishment with a helpful and knowledgeable staff. It is conveniently located and the store is laid out well, making it easy to find what you need.

I went in an ordered from Allisson ship to store items and she was very efficient! Todd store associate was also so great helped me with several items I needed and also walked to register & helped me load my items in my truck! He was the best! Cheryll at self checkout was extremely nice and greeted us with a big smile! Love your store & your people!

There was hardly any employees in the store. That's why I had no interaction with them. The only one that spoke with me was the cashier and she very nice. the ones I did encounter were too busy doing, set up stuff no hello's no can I help you find something

I only shop at Home Depot as a last.resort. their anti-union philosophy is a non-starter. I encourage all my friends and family to avoid Home Depot.

Our experience at this Home Depot store has been nothing short of excellent. The store always seems to have enough employees to help all the customers shopping at the time. The staff is always helpful and courteous to us. This is a vast improvement over our experience in our previous store up in Baltimore, MD. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at this Home Depot.

The computers were down the day I went in to do a return. Only one or two registers working. The staff handled the situation with professionalism and were kind to me.

I believe this store has better deals than the competitive stores Friendlier employees/staff and good inventory

No location on Salesfloor for the products they had in stock except for a pallet in top steel. That's not shoppable for a customer who just wants to grab and go when they find what they were looking for.
