Yesterday, 11/13/23, I tried to park in handicapped spots that are usually available. To my disbelief, both parking spots were intentionally blocked with store merchandise.

Been building an outdoor kitchen and we've found nearly everything at the HomeDepot. The staff and customer service is above average. They normally have everything I needed and helped to find stuff I couldn't locate. Checkout process was great and the cashier Jesus Armando was a good kid.

horrible customer service waited 40 minutes. Can’t find anyone to help us. We had to walk around every hour just to look for an employee that could help us when we did find one. They don’t know anything. Do you need to hire more employees that acknowledge on their job duties

I have visited the Home depot in North Carson many times. All the staff is friendly and available if I need help. Everyone from the return team to the checkout help assist in a fast and efficient manner. I also order online when I can and love the next day delivery.

I have recently become a home owner and by design, needs to purchase tools, fix this fix that and this store has a staff that is friendly, helpful and 98% of the time really knowledgeable. On occasion there are some good sales as well

Hello i have been working with Home depot Pro department for years, in many States like Reno nv, Carson city nv, Las vegas, Bay area ca, Farmington nm. Etc. Many of the staff that worked in the pro department is good, however there is a lady named Charmaine that works at store #3309 in Carson city & she is the best that i have worked with in the pro department. Always follows through, checking to make sure i received everything & even reminds me to make sure i use my Rewards before they expire. Charmaine is absolutely awesome and should be recognized for going above & beyond. Charmaine IS THE BEST!!

As I use the electric carts, please use the correct recepticals to charge them. DO NOT USE EXTENSION CORDS! It's a fire waiting to happen. To say nothing of the pain to be caused when someone falls trying to unplug the cats to use it.

Had most of the items I was looking for. Need a 1” gas hose fitting for the water heater I bought from Home Depot. Everything was 3/4” fittings. Seemed odd that they’d sell a water heater with 1” but only sell the 3/4” hose.

Occasionally I need to order something to be delivered to this store which is fine. This time I needed an indoor/outdoor mat not in stock. When ordering a delivery of this item I find a $35 delivery fee would be added. $35 delivery fee for a $19 rug?

How pleasantly surprised was I that during my 30+ minutes shopping at this store I was asked no less than 10 times by 10 different employees if I needed help or was finding things OK!!

Home Depot is an essential part of American culture. It fills a huge part of American construction.

Trying to buy a Ryobi multi-tool pack on-line did not work. I went to customer service and they were able to ring me up, after fetching the item. Both people were very helpful, and I was able to complete the transaction in under 10 minutes.

I've been having trouble with a washer and dryer I've had for several years. Now that I had an extended warranty with assistant manager. Inez has been helping me along the way but the warranty company sucks and apparently corporate home Depot is not helping her either to assist me in my problem.

My wife and I have spent over $3000 redoing our kitchen. And this is just on cabinetry. There will be another thousand +3 to 4000 for countertops. The folks at Home Depot, both in the store and online could not be more supportive, kind, and professional. There was a slight Shipping issue on one of the orders. Be online support staff at HD spent a better part of 30 minutes, making sure that the issue was rectified. They were more than generous and compensating for the extra round of shipping. The outstanding service demonstrated by both the in-store and online people demonstrates a commitment to excellence that is rapidly diminishing in the post Covid world. I thank them all!

I really like shopping at this store location. The staff are nice and helpful. I always leave with everything that I need to get my projects completed.

Jillian was very helpful. Greeted me when she saw me and helped me throughout my shopping trip. She was very friendly.

I love this store and the company as a whole. I rarely if ever have any issues with their store employees or products (unless they're out of stock, ha!). Trust in orange!

I was in a hurry and right when I walked in, Bill helped me find the lawn fertilizer I was looking for. He loaded it onto the cart then loaded it into my truck. Very friendly and pleasant and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Wasn’t late to my appointment!

I almost always find what I want.

If to wasn’t for the employees at the Pro Desk we wouldn’t shot there, already spending 50% less there because of management

We unfortunately had to replace our washer/ dryer and dishwasher within a week of eachother. Shopping at Home Depot made replacing our appliances fast, easy and painless. Each visit we had a sales person greet us right away. They were very attentive and made sure to answer any questions we had and also explained every step of the way during checkout. Best part we saved money compared to other home improvement stores! We will definitely come back for future home improvement needs. Two thumbs waaaaay up! 👍👍 thanks home depot!

We buy just about everything for our home at the Carson City HD. The staff is so friendly and know us by name when we go in. We will be buying home improvement items there until we can't do the work ourselves anymore. We have used HD for the last 30+ years, built two homes, remodeled 7 apartments, 3 rentals and done work for many people and used HD products. We have always been pleased with the quality of the items we purchase and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I came in to do a special project with PVC pipe making a cactus Christmas tree for my Christmas store in Virginia City, Nevada. A young girl name Lexi Helped me and she was super happy, enthusiastic, friendly excited to help me put this project together together.

They don’t know how to measure and claim they don’t have over night shipping. They are rude and incompetent. They won’t ask for help to answer any questions either.

I am very pleased with the service of the appliance specialist and the product purchased (dryer/pedestal).
