To Monique, Kat, Ariel, and Shane, THANK YOU to all of you for your great service to me and my spouse during our visit. All of you are assets to Home Depot. I DO NOT shop at Lowe's because their service is not as it is at HD stores. Not all HD stores give us the excellent service as the four of you have but we still prefer HD stores. All these individuals mention here were friendly, polite, eager to assist, and they all had the best attitude for customer service. When we didn't know where to find and item Monique didn't just point to where the item may be, she took us to the aisle/aisles and assisted with locating our product. WAY TO GO Monique, Kate, Ariel, and Shane. We do appreciate you and your services to our community.

Shena, the sales associate, was exceptional. She handled the order of my Tuff Shed thoroughly and with customer care kid gloves. I highly appreciate this immensely. Also Melissa, another sales associate, helped, being that she had ordered a Tuff Shed before. She too was polite and professional. Overall my experience was amazing.

Store carries lots of building materials that don't necessarily have a tag on it, cashiers have apparently lost the ability to look up items since i was told I needed to bring the sku in order to be taken care off, had to leave the line and go get the sku myself as the cashier just stood there smiling...

I went into this store to rent a Floor Scraper. When we got it to the house, where we were removing the floors, I discovered the blade was extremely dull. Since I was removing old flooring for a friend and would not be available to do it another day; I did the best I could with what I had. It took over three and a hours to clear a 14' x 14' room... and I didn't completely finish. Using a decent floor scraper with a good blade this should have been an hour, maybe two hour job tops. If I wanted to work with ineffective equipment, I wouldn't rent power tools.

Jacob in the paint department is a jewel. He is knowledgeable and very eager to assist you with a smile. He made us feel very welcomed and comfortable with our decision on products purchased. Ariel and the customer service department is very pleasant and helpful. It is refreshing to see a young lady who works at a hardware store look like a young lady and not a young lady who doesn't care about her appearance. We say thank you and keep up the good work.

I needed 24 matching doorknobs, deadbolts and privacy knobs. The Pro desk put it all together and located product at other stores to consolidate the order. Terrific service

This is a DIY dream, the products are available at a fair price, the knowledge base is excellent in every department I have visited Plumbing, Electrical, Doors and Windows, Wood products, Tile products, Paint, and Tools. Since this is a working store, the cleanliness, was above average, with minor spills in the concrete and tile areas, but the spills are not there all the time. The bathroom was neat and clean and from the front to back, checkout to Pro Desk, the associates have always been people I enjoy doing business with.

Tool Rental department was great! They were knowledgeable, fast and courteous.

The young man at the paint department was extremely helpful and had wonderful customer service. He gave me tips on what I needed and helped me get everything I needed. I gave this young man a high five before I left.

This is a very clean store. Depending on the time of day and day of the week will determine the helpfulness of the associates.

Very nice looking easy to find items at the store well organized

Overall it was a very good experience.but some time it gets complicated if you dont know the name of the product while explaining the associate what you are looking for.

The store was very clean and the item we bought was on sale plus they took another $60 off the ALE PRICE. Being a Veteran you get 10% off I did not need to use that they already was taking off because of the price it was and being on SALE still $60 off great buy. The sales man was great and you could not have a better Manager than STAN. Mike the sales person thank you for your help you made everything go smooth and fast where we did not have to be there for a long period of time. I was raised with MAYTAG and they last forever. We never had a problem with MAYTAG> I would not buy a SAM SUNG product ever again. We bought a washer from a competitor and it was defective and took 1 year and a half before they took it back but the deducted the cost because of the time we had it. ^ times they tried to fix it and treat us like dirt so HINT if you want a GREAT WASHER LG is the one to get.

I am very satisfied with the service of this Home Depot store. I would recommend others to visit this store and the friendly employees.

I go to this particular Home Depot almost daily because I own rental properties, flip houses, and am currently fixing up my own home. There are many good people who work here, but my greatest experiences have been in the paint department. The gentlemen (young and older) have always gone above and beyond to help me. Further, they always seem to remember my latest project and ask me about how whatever paint product I used worked out. I joke that I need a room there because I am in the store so often.

The stroe is arranged as I would expect a contrator/consume outlet to be. The aisles were not too cluttered, the producyt placement and store associates provide a pleasant ambiance similar to what one would look forward to when going out to buy and interact with people.

When I go to The Home Depot I find what I'm looking for it. If they don't have in Store I can always find it on line.
